Highly disappointed with a sundae that we got tonight from this McDonald's. Waited about 15 minutes before we got greeted to being our order and this is all we wanted. But what we got was a half full cup of disappointment. It's like they were not even trying to get the icecream in the cup. Plus hot fudge down the sides and no napkins to clean up. Wish I could share photos but Google won't let me.
No star at all!!!!! Just made it back home from picking up my food from McDonald's on Independence Blvd. I start handing out food orders and find they don't put the 10 peice nuggets in the bag. The #5 had the soda and fries but no nuggets. So, I'm like thats ok I don't feel like driving back up there. But then I'm like half way through my quarter pounder and I look and this thing is as red as can be. They didn't even cook the thing right and the fries were cold. I had to heat them up in the microwave.
Check your drive-thru order before driving away from this location. Third time they have messed something up and I didn’t notice until I got home. Today the McChicken was prepared with onion and ketchup instead of the usual lettuce and mayo. Idk how or why they did this chicken sandwich like this. Last time they gave us completely different sandwiches than what we had ordered. Always double check this location!!!
Poor CS COLD fries, no wonder Wendy's is competing lol, not that they are any better:/Do the test: find a McDonald's and Wendy's and see which one is false advertising lol. Very comical;/.Both sucked ??.I'm going to try a better neighborhood and see?
Standards matter! This location is very nice. It's a newly designed building and this helps with better service and food preparation. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful in delivering the hot and delicious food items that you come to expect from this chain restaurant. There's plenty of seating inside, some outside and there's a large Play area for the children. The drive thru service is their specialty and is well organized, staffed and moves quickly. Enjoy your meal quickly delivered and delicious.
We went here to order two sandwiches for me and my Daughter and in her sandwich it had pickles and she doesn't like pickles. One of the workers went to redo the Sandwich and then the other had NO ketchup!So I would rather to not recommend this Macdonalds to a friend.
First had a long wait the line was short but they continued to just have cars pull up to parking spaces to wait. Was waiting for about 20 minutes. Then received a RAW hamburger.
Do yourself a favor and don't go when it's busy...the fries were cold and stale. The burgers were cold as well. Hopefully during less busy times the food will be better. I went around 115 pm on on q Saturday.
Another location that doesn't like to actually mix a McFlurry, and you just get a cup of ice cream with cookies on top. At least the lady taking orders seemed like she didn't mind being there - she must be new. I also got McSauce for my McNuggets, will wonders never cease?
Horrible i place the order through the app and it took like 15 min for me to get my order. It was sitting on their end table. I had no way to get it. There were 2 guys standing there just talking. The employee was just taking care of other customers but not by the register. When I got her attention she finally gave me my order. Never again will i order from MCD
