I always had a decent experience at this location. Some of the employees seem to either not like their place of employment or are just unhappy people, but I can usually get past that. Today I went to this location, not realizing I had left my wallet, but I had cash on me. I placed an order and was short .30 cents. Now, I never expect a hand out but the way the lady handled the situation was completely unprofessional. I eat at this location 2-3 times a week with clients and as mentioned, usually always have a good experience. The staff’s attitude is getting worse by the week it seems.
First time at this location, my sandwich had one slice of meat on it and the young man that brought thr food to the table was rude. My son didn't receive his milk, I went up to the counter and polity said my said didn't get his milk. He just looked at me , I went back to my seat and then he brought the milk. I will not come back to this location.
Tried them again...what a waste. Clearly the didn't even read the ticket. Ordered king club, no tom, extra cheese with side mac and cheese. Received turkey sandwich, no ham, WITH tom and no cheese. And to top it off I got potato salad. I read the name on the ticket just to make sure it was mine, it was. No excuse. Oh and I asked no pickle. Got that too. So the bread was completely soggy from pickle and tomato. Through out an entire side and sandwich. AGAIN. (Previous order also thrown away so much for second chances.)
4 of us got there around 8pm Saturday night. Most of the tables had dirty dishes on them like they hadn’t bussed the tables all night, it was gross. The only reason we stayed was because we were starving. The food was good but the service was slow. They didn’t seem to be short staffed, there were a lot of workers standing around.
Simple awesome! Fantastic food, great selections. Indoor and outdoor seating, reasonable prices, and great service. We will be back often!
Great food! Good selection of sandwiches, salads, and mainly baked potatoes. The only issue I have is with curbside delivery. I've tried this multiple times, did as instructed, but still had to go inside to get my food. The last two times it was sitting on the shelf. What's irritating is I spoke to an employee told them I was there. He said he'll bring it out as soon as it's ready, but then put it on the shelf and forgot about it and left the front.
As a native new Yorker I would have to say that sandwich was absolutely delicious no complaints whatsoever. Next time I go I'm buying 2 sandwiches lol.
The sandwich was good however the mac & cheese was a bit too salty for my taste. I would have liked slightly more macaroni as I had a lot of cheese sauce left after eating all the noodles.
I usually love McAllister’s and it is my go-to every time I am craving a sandwich, but my past few visits at this location have made me not want to eat there ever again. Today I ordered food from this location which consisted of a McAllister’s club with no tomato or honey mustard and add cucumber and I even checked the box regarding wanting a pickle or not. I picked up my food when it was ready and drove home only to find not one of my requests were accommodated. I got a McAllister’s club with tomato and honey mustard, which I had requested to not have. They did not add on the cucumbers I requested nor did I get a pickle. To make matters even worse, as you can tell in the picture, the right side of my sandwich had the absolute bare minimum of meat. What frustrated me the most was that the sticker on the top of the box containing my sandwich had all of my requests on it but not a single one of them was met. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this McAllister’s and I will not be ordering from here again.
First time visiting n very disappointed. I ordered a half of club and soup. Sandwich had a 1/2 piece of ham n turkey. Dumplin soup had one dunplin. This meal was overpriced and in the end it left me still hungry.
