They are definitely like family here. Ever since I have moved here to Charlotte I prefer to come to this location. They have always taken care of our family with love and such care. And then to put the cherry on top the Cooks in the back always make the food finger licking good.Meal Suggestion for those who wanna take it. Order A Caesar Salad with the spicy chicken bites appetizer. Put the chicken bites in the salad and mix some of the sauce on top and enjoy. Promise you will not regret it and it is a healthy but very full filling meal. If your in a steak mode order your choice of steak and put that meat with the salad and eat it together OMG mouth watering right now. Matter fact we coming tonight see you soon.
Visited this location on a Sunday around 6p. We were greeted politely at the desk and told that there would be a 30min wait. There were others who were waiting as well so we figured they were busy but that it would be worth the wait.Visited the restroom and noticed that the restaurant was pretty much less than half full??? Asked about the wait in light of this. Advised that since they were overwhelmed with TAKEOUT orders, they couldn’t cook/serve for their dine-in customers. Hence, the wait.Lines had been drawn. We decided not to participate. Took our business elsewhere.

Food was excellent. Salad was cold, fresh and crunchy. Rice and sweet potatoe were delicious. The salmon was on a different level. It was cooked to perfection. Impressed with the turnaround of this location. Service and food were better that expected!!
Reasonable price and excellent quality steaks.Had The Longhorn and Outlaw rip eye. 2 days in a row.Cooked just the way I ordered and very kind servers as well.Definitely I will be coming back.
First visit to a Longhorn Steakhouse in years. Beautiful decor. Slower night, service was attentive. I was hungry but not starving, so I ordered the chopped steak. Flavorful plate but charred more than I like and not enough gravy. You can never have enough bread and gravy! I am mindful most restaurants are severely understaffed with new trainees everywhere. I was satisfied for what I ordered and paid, but it did not make me want to rush back and try something elseWill definitely revisit
Wow how disappointed I was ?. I asked for “MEDIUM” well and received my steak “THE LONGHORN” super well done ??♂️. I was SO craving a delicious 22oz warm pink middle steak but was brought to halt when having to SAW threw this beautiful cut of meat like wood. The waitress asked “would you like another steak?” My response, “No thank you.” At that point my dinner was ruined and the Mac and cheese has ham in it ??♂️.
Usually the food is great, but this particular time it wasn't great. The mashed potatoes were cold, they brought my parmesan crusted chicken out without the chicken just cheese and rice and forgot the parmesan cheese on my Husband's chicken. The waiter was excellent and did what he could to make us happy. I will still return hopefully it will be a better experience next time.
Went here tonight for my bday dinner. Food came out lukewarm, but the service was good in spite of having to wait awhile to get drinks and food, but still being in a pandemic with staffing issues I expect extended wait times. Food still had a good flavor but I’m sure would have been much better if it came out piping out. The sauce the Brussels sprouts are in is absolutely amazing, I would go back just for a plate full of those lol
Good food, bad training or bad employees. The quality of food and service has declined recently.Ate there twice in Jan 2022. Both occasions I was served incorrectly cooked steaks, and received slow service. Last visit we were in the restaurant for almost 2 hours, and with small children in our party you'd think they would want us out asap. Staff and management was polite and helped get our food fixed and comped a meal. Once everyone had what they ordered, the meal was overall pretty good.Used to eat Longhorn pretty regularly prior to 2020, but something about this place has lost its luster.
