Totally worth the one hour drive!! I heard about this place from a FB group and I am so happy I tried it. I met with a couple of friends last weekend and OMG! We loved everything, from the Excellent customer service to the amazing appetizers (seriously, they were so fresh and you could taste the ingredients and spices!). I had the Singapore noodles and I loved them! My friends enjoyed their meals as well and we were so pleasantly surprised to find such an amazing place! The best part? Soon I will be living 15 mins away so yay!!! I highly recommend Li’s Noodles, authentic, amazing, pleasant and 10 stars for the food and staff.
The only bad thing about our visit is that we didnt know about this place sooner!!!Service was EXCELLENT, food was delicious, and prices are extremely reasonable. We found our new favorite Chinese food spot!!!
Must try little hole in the wall! Ms. Judy runs the front and is so sweet. Clean peaceful atmosphere. Delicious authentic Chinese food w/ a great menu selection. The food is super fresh w/ great portions. I love that they aren’t stingy with the fresh veggies in their dishes ? 10/10 always coming back!
The most amazing Asian food you'll experience in Matthews! Let me start by saying this place is a hidden Gem ? so don't let the window coverings deter you. Multiple menu options, huge portions & wow, the freshness of the veggies & herbs! Staff is very friendly & attentive. We'll be going back soon!
A little taste of HEAVEN! Ms. Judy is so very humble and serves amazing food. Everything we have had so far is awesome. Ramen, Basil rolls, SCALLION PANCAKES, CALAMARI, Basil Rolls and truly the BEST OF THE BEST is her MAPO TOFU!!! LEVEL 4 SPICY! Finally a place that serves this well. For another great comfort, as good as a hug, her Chicken Congee will warm your soul. Amazing little place!
I have had the La Zi Ji Ding (diced stir fry chicken with chili peppers ?️) at two other "authentic" Chinese restaurants in the Charlotte area (one of which touts itself as specializing in Szechuan cuisine), and much preferred Li's Noodles Asian Kitchen's version to the others - it was much more flavorful. I'd enjoyed the steamed custard buns, too. I will look forward to trying the other dishes on the menu.
I was surprised to find this place tucked in this little plaza. From the calamari to the short rib / tofu Ramen stir fry, everything was delicious! Clean place, great sanitation grade, and the woman serving us was very friendly and helpful.
My brother and I visit Li's Noodle's on a weekly basis. The tonkatsu is my favorite, every time I want to venture out- I can't. The dumplings are amazing, the chicken lettuce wrap was DELICIOUS. We've tried other appetizers and have been satisfied. Love to support a small business.
Service was great. We has a variety of foods. I was not happy with the sesame chicken, it was not as sweet and red as I am accustomed to but the shrimp rolls, veggie rolls, rice, steamed dumplings, pho & noodles, were very good.
