Deliver the wrong order. Nobody answers the support line or the store line. 1* is for the complete lack of support when they send the wrong order out.Donuts are good.
OMG. It has been forever since we had some Krispy Kreme. Dropped in today and destroyed a dozen. They have the best yeast donuts. I cannot substitute anything for them.My only complaint is they closed the Indian Land store, so now we're in a donut desert. (Dunkin doesn't count, they don't even claim donut in their name anymore)
Staff was helpful and polite but store was a little understaffed. Donuts and coffee were great.

Nice location, friendly employees. When we were there they had pretty much every donut in the case to choose fromAlways fun to watch to make the donuts too. There are few tables outside to sit at. The only negative is that they don't have many parking spots but you can park at the establishments next door.
Donuts we're not fresh and hot and the employee at the drive thru window was very rude. Literally huffed and puffed everytime I added to my order like I was an inconvenience. I ordered 3 dozen donuts and I ended up throwing 2 dozen away. Very dissatisfied and won't be returning. This was 4-2-22

I waited for over 30 minutes on the drive thru to pick up a on-line order. When I got to the window the order wasn't even ready, it should have been ready by 7:30 I arrived at the window by 8:00..
Fast friendly service. Would visit again.
