Order the Mike's Original for my brother and a Big Kahuna for myself. They were fast in making both of them. This is a new location so everything looked decent. There were three employees there but I had to wipe down the table where we ate. Floor some had food particles on it as well. The JM I normally visit is in Sun Valley and they have a minimum of 5 people there at all times and they are much friendlier/cheerful.
Jersey Mike's is a long drive from my home but sooooo worth the detour when I'm have to go close to one. Delicious sandwich, fully loaded. You definitely get your money's worth.
Usually a good visit but today I think the young lady was frustrated today. Service was not great
I always have such a great experience at this location. I frequently grab subs for the employees at my business when we've had a busy day. Longest I've ever waited was maybe 15 min to get through the line (during lunch) AND get my order (and usually, at least 2 or 3 of us get something from the grill). Everyone is always super nice, and never an issue with the order being wrong.
Teenagers who care more about chatting with their friends who came in instead of getting an order right. I had to drive back after getting my order because they made my sandwich incorrectly. No apologies for making me drive back, just judgmental glances from the two girls who worked there. Not returning to this location. Dude on the grill was cool though.
Got the original Italian and it was awesome ordered it online and picked it up very great service
This was my 1st time at this location (11/22/21). I was greeted upon entry. Once I placed my order, I was asked if I wanted them as they are. I ordered the regular big kahuna (cheese steak) & big kahuna chicken. The two young men were working on other orders while preparing mine. I wasn't in the store a whole 10 minutes. The young man waiting on me let me know that he'd written "steak" on the big kahuna.

My favorite ? thing about this location is being able to order the “Diedre Special”! It’s a sub tub off menu and it’s THE BOMB!!!! ? Packed with flavor with a crunch! One of my FAVES! The customer service here is FANTASTIC as well! Great experience! My kids and I love it here!
Haven't had an issue with this location. Always reliable. Prices are decent, place is clean, workers are usually friendly. Online ordering is usually our option and our food is always ready and accurate when we arrive.
