Our server was amazing, was very social, kept our drinks filled and always made sure we were takin care of. Didn’t get name but on receipt said Server:Long. They stayed to help and serve us even when they were off the clock.Cook did great at preparing food also put a show on for my daughter with the fire on grill! Was also clean. Will for sure come back!
Food here is always amazing. Staff is polite and fast and yes, I do in fact drive 25 minutes just to get here and it's totally worth it.

The to-go bowls are the best, they load them up with meat (I’d actually prefer more vegetables haha) and do just the right amount of sauce. Whenever I make my bowl in person I never seem to do enough sauce. They’re nice and polite, too!
Staff is fun and very nice. Drinks are cheap and delicious. As long as it fits in the bowl no price difference! 10/10 would recommend.
Wonderful food and service we celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary we live in Huntersville and drove to Matthew to eat so that should say enough
The food was amazing and my daughter said “this is our new favorite spot”. We also have so much leftover that it completely filled the to go container.
This was one of my favorite restaurants but my wife and I got really really disappointed because we made a 30 minutes drive wanting to eat genghis but first thing we got surprised with is that they don't do spiral pasta anymore, so we agreed on brown rice and noodles, long story short brown rice wasn't cooked well I could feel the crunchiness while eating, we told them and manager's solution was to provide extra noodles and then what about rice? He said we can separate it.. unbelievable experience and obviously we had to leave hungry and that never happened to me before, the manager didn't show empathy and willingness to help at all.. however server was nice.
Food is good . I like the whole get what you want in the bowl idea. I would go 5 star but the service was not so great tonight. Could have been a bad night or not. I'll update on my next visit.
This was my first time at any Genghis grill. The price was a little bit on the high side. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The combination of the great food and excellent service and atmosphere made the price worth it , I will definitely be going back.
