Great food, five guys! Extra ketchup does mean more then normal amount of ketchup though. Oh well still the best burgers anywhere!
My friend ordered food online and paid for them and once he arrived at the location they told him his ordered was cancelled. Making an order 30 minutes before close is still within open hours.. As for the refund, customer support told him an investigation needs to happen before they can refund him.
Five Guys can really no longer be considered a "bargain" (burger, junior fries and soda was nearly $18), but what you get for your money is still worth it. Fresh made to order and high quality.

Place is really good! Fresh fresh fresh......, Fries went in bag as I picked it up! Really good burger and lots of topping choices....(think about slaw y'all). I feel it's a little pricey, about $10 bucks a burger... At least it's tasty and fresh to order.....
Came here on 4.10.22 around 7pm for dinner with my husband and 4 kids. As soon as walked in we were greeted by the cashier with a friendly smile. She made a quick assessment to her team members about how many burger patties they should throw on the grill and proceed to take our orders. Kudos to her as this reduces wait time! She was patient with my kids as they gave their orders and very polite. Our food was up in less than 10 minutes; burgers were tasty and fries were hot and fresh! While we were there, I observed the staff always working diligently and smiling. They seemed to make a really great team! The dining area was clean and stocked appropriately. We were even asked if we needed anything and they were quick to provide what we requested. Every single staff member did a great job and I was impressed with their efficiency! Best experience I have had there in quite some time! Great job! Even as more people came in and a small line grew, they made sure they were providing quality customer service! Special shout out to the two young ladies that were working !
If I had the chance to put negative stars, I would. I'm highly disappointed with Five Guys. This happens to be the second time that I place an order online and they tell me last minute when I arrive to pick up my food that they are out of patties and fries. if this happened once i wouldn't have cared but twice and in a row. something must be changed. And on top of all of that they submitted my refund as a REVIEW first. someone has to check that I didn't get any patties? so unprofessional of a multimillion dollar franchise.
Size of burger patty was very disappointing2 girls that work there were sweeping and cleaning tables with cleaning fluid right next to my disabled mother who is on oxygen. Had to ask them to please stop. One had a smart remark about it. Never will go there again.
By far the worst experience I’ve had a five guys in my life. Took about 45 minutes to get two burgers and fries. Once it finally came out the fries were soggy and way too salty, I have no idea how since everything was supposed to be fresh. They couldn’t even get the right order and sequence, they were hopping from number the number. This location needs help ASAP!
Place was understaffed and crazy busy during the lunch rush… manager was on it and probably deserves to be paid double, cause she was doing multiple jobs. Seemed to be training one employee while directing another and keeping good communication with the dozen people waiting all the while. Food came out as fast as reasonably possible. Very skilled manager. I don’t know her name but if you own this store I’m sure you know who I’m referring to. Props to her.
