So it was our 2nd attempt in as many weeks trying to get in and that's with a hold on a table the second time(we still waited 30 minutes)... the best bet go on the app and grab a time spot FIRST!The food is fresh and appealing, the wait staff is attentive and the place is clean and bright.The parking is plentiful but you have a slight grade to climb if you are a bit away from the door...Wheelchair friendly and spacious.The menu is filled with delicious temptations so we will have to return many more times to satisfy our curiosity.I really can't think of anything horrifying to speak of....a spot or two on my silverware maybe?Otherwise. Happy dining.

Food is amazing, customer service is amazing, drinks are amazing and environment is amazing. 100% recommend coming here. We got quinoa pesto chicken, eggs benedict, skillet hash, carrot cake pancake, blueberry pancake and banana granola crunch pancake. (forgot to take picture of banana pancake)
Very good with any selection. Generally crowded but reasonable service times once seated. Staffing shortage just like other eateries. Friendly staff.
Have had terrible Togo experience twice now….the attitude from the staff is unbelievable but I get why now…emailed corporate twice and haven’t heard a word from anyone. Totally unprofessional and absolutely no concern for customer experience. Don’t want anything for free…just want to be acknowledged. I can look past a lot of things in the restaurant industry….supply chain problems, short staffed, but please give good customer service. Stacks and metro is down the road and that’s where I will be spending my money from here on out.
Second time to the restaurant but this was a different location. I ordered the same dish I had last time and it tasted even better. Patient staff and great food. Nothing to complain about. Go online first to check their wait times and put your name on the wait list. This place is always busy!
I have loved and dined at First Watch for quite some time now and it has always been outstanding. Today, unfortunately was the exact opposite. We had a party of 7 so I called ahead and we got seated fairly quickly. We ordered our drinks and the “Purple Haze” came out as only the lemonade. We tried to notify our server but she left so quickly and didn’t return for quite some time. It was busy so that’s understandable and we let it go. We had already asked for water for the other people in our party 3 times and still had no water. We placed our order and after a few minutes went by the server returned saying she forgot the waffle maker was broken so one guest switched to pancakes with a side of fruit. The pancakes came with no fruit and we never got the syrup which we asked for 4 times. One guest didn’t receive her meal until half of the table was done eating. Also no side of dressing on another meal. The employee at check out did not speak other than asking “receipt????” At the end. Over all this was a horrible experience. Very disappointing. I understand it was extremely busy but the service and some of the food was the worst I’ve had from this establishment.
This place is always so good. Fresh and yummy. My server West was the absolute best. Very attentive, extremely friendly and just all around gem. I would come back just off his service alone. I got the trifecta and seriously probably the best waffle I’ve ever had. Light airy and fluffy. Great job guys
