This Firehouse Subs is the worst or just had a very bad day. I placed an online order for me to pick-up. Online says pick up at “Rapid Rescue” rack inside. (Email confirmation also says this). Well when I got there 5 minutes ahead of my time, there was nothing on the rack at all. It took me a bit of watching to figure out apparently they aren’t putting the orders on the rack but holding them behind the counter getting cold. When the sub is first ready, they call a name but after that nothing. So after waiting 15 minutes (probably too long I know), I went up to the counter and asked. Turns out my sub had been sitting there since before I entered. Stone cold by then. Won’t be going back. Why have a pick-up rack if you aren’t going to use it. And why not document your procedure which is different that what Firehouse Subs says online, in emails and in store signage.
I wanted to give the Tuesday morning crew a big shout out. My company placed an online order Monday afternoon for 40 boxed lunches to be picked up on Tuesday. They did not get the order until Tuesday morning. This crew had another catered lunch order to process on top of our lunch so they really had to scramble. Anyway, the manager was very apologetic, but when we got our order nothing was missing, everything was fresh and delicious. Hats off to her and her crew!
Good sandwich but no hot sauces in sight as they used to offer. Tables needed to be cleaned. They seemed overwhelmed that 3 people had an hour to make 10 sandwiches for a to go ode. Really no big deal, but I guess Covid changed that too.
Absolutely exceptional!!! Had a great experience at this location. Just placed a simple pickup order and as I walked in to grab it they knew what drinks I needed to grab to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Food was awesome too.
Only 2 people in here at 2 p.m. Place was dirty! Took 20 minutes to get our order and they didn't get it right. Worst tasting sub I've received at Firehouse as it wasn't made properly. Obviously staff and management doesn't care about quality as they were well staffed with 4 workers. You could tell they didn't care as we were not greeted, no apology for the long delay, and no ty. Ill spend my $20 elsewhere. This is why ChikFilA is so busy. 4.3 review is not accurate for this place! Absolutely horrible and will not be giving my money to this establishment again. Absolutely horrible!!!!
Food was good! Fairly quick. Service was friendly, & informational. Also patient with us ? store itself was kind of smokey? Not sure why that was. Smelled good!
The young lady that was behind the counter, give her a raise. She had manners and etiquette. And the yummy subs are a plus.
Always have my food ready when I get in. Keep up the good work
Couldn't see his name tag but he was very polite and on the job.I wish there was glass so customers could see the toppings and get ideas and instruct the sandwich builders. That would get 5 stars.
I was the only customer there and it took three people 12 mins to make one order . Then the bathroom was clogged up and just dirty . I wouldn’t go here again .
