It was Ok. The young lady who was our waitress was lovely. Great service. However, I was so a fan of the cheese sauce on my favorite dish 'Arroz Con Pollo'. It was soupy & the taste was off, different.
Happy Cinco Demayo… My friend and I wanted to celebrate and chose El Valle to do so! We had a great time! I ordered FIESTA Bowl to go. The reason I did was a guest beside us had the same and it looked amazing! Fiesta bowl menu states steak, chicken and Shrimp, onions, zucchini, mushrooms a top of rice and black beans, topped with Queso! When I got home, I did have plenty of steak, shrimp and chicken, BUT.. NO ONIONS, NO Mushrooms, NO zucchini NO Queso, which is why I ordered the meal!! Instead I got Lots of Corn and a few Black beans, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes that I did not order?!? I paid 14.99 for fiesta bowl.. not sure what I got… what Mexican dish has cucumbers is it?!? Juan was GREAT and over all we had a good time.. so sad my meal was NOT what I wanted! :(
After working hard this morning with my worker we decided we wanted some Mexican food so we stopped in this establishment were I use to come once in awhile. We were seated and given chips. That was it , no one came by our table after 10 min or more no drinks nothing. I guess we were ghosted.There was a family that came in after us which was about 8 min or so they were seated given menus and 2 or 3min later they were getting drinks. We sat there for another few minutes and left. The place was not busy at all. I would of given this place a no star but it won’t let me. I will never come back to this place again. You lost a customer
The food is flavorful and has promise of satisfaction, but when my plate comes and the enchilada is cold in the middle despite the hot plate it's served on? No.Same with the cheese stuffed poblano. I was warned about the heat of a plastic plate and even the Chile was cold, not even gonna say what the cheese was like.I've been here in the past. They can do this, they just need to realize...
I liked the food it was pretty good. The only complaint is the beef in the taco salad was ground beef and it was a little mushy. I had expected steak, as the options were chicken or beef, but that was possibly my own fault for not specifying. Otherwise it was pretty darn good
Nachos were okay. Not too bad. Meat could have more flavor.Tacos were ON POINT!Wife had shrimp quesadilla and a shrimp taco and it was perfect. They made specific adjustments to make sure our food was as she liked.Service was so good it makes everything much better. Friendly. Caring and warm. Would definitely come back.*** UPDATE ***: Its been a couple of weeks since we came here and my wife was talking about how much she liked their food. We are planning on coming back soon ;)
Pickup order was supposed to be ready at 11:45. It was ready at 11:24. I showed up at 11:45 as I did not get the email. My food was stone cold. Beef nachos supreme had little to no beef and no flavor and cold. Combo was cold and little to no sauce or cheese... Very dissatisfied and I'm a regular customer. Your prices are high and you good quality has tanked. Again very disappointed.
Food was good. But I'm surprised that their servers are not wearing a mask during a pandemic???Our server was wearing a mask and was very nice. But we won't be coming back.
Consistent issues plagued our dinner.1) took a waiter 10 minutes to come over to take our drink order. Do not appear to be short staffed, and the dining room is about half full2) drink order took an additional 15 minutes to arrive.3) our party of 6 only received one basket of chips the entire meal, the 2 top next to us received multiple.4) the food order took over 30 minutes to come out, and it didn’t all come out at the same time. Each person received their meal 3 minutes apart.5) the enchiladas one person ordered were completely full of water, and not edible6) the suizo burritos chicken was completely dry and over cooked.One last point of feedback, the POS system at the bar beeps every time the screen is tapped. I’m sure this can be configured off. Did not enjoy hearing it the entire service.
We love El Valle, they've been a favorite of ours for a while now. The food is wonderdul and we NEVER have a bad customer service experience. Highly recommend ??
