Cheap eats. Food is good. Nice atmosphere.
Cheap food. Fast service. Ok taste. I tried the country fried steak, which was good. My dad ordered the egg platter with turkey sausage patties and said they were extremely rubbery. My eggs were a bit lukewarm. But overall decent place to come for a cheap meal

I eat here often but lately the food and service has really gone down hill. Today I walked in and asked for a plastic fork to eat my lunch as I waited for my daughter to finish her practice next door. The owner blew me off and didn’t want to give me one. A couple behind me waiting to check out asked if I was still in line so I told them I was only waiting for a fork but they could go ahead. The owner finally spoke up and said “did you order food from me? Did you buy a meal from ME?” I told him I got food elsewhere on the way to the gym and didn’t receive utensils but I’d appreciate if he could give me a plastic fork. (At this point still thinking he may recognize me from dining in often and he’s only joking) No. The owner himself pitched an entire fit rambling over and over “so you buy a meal elsewhere and come to me for a plastic fork? Is that how it works? Huh TELL ME” I couldn’t believe the tantrum and told him I actually eat here often but after this I wouldn’t be back. He aggressively followed up with “Yeah so give me my fork back. Don’t come back here. Bring me my fork now!” Not sure what kind of day he was having, but needless to say this place and majority of the staff who work here (including the owner) are absurd with awful attitudes. No customer service skills, no common decency. And maybe that’s why this place has been just about empty the last several times I have visited to eat
So I got breakfast here and I mist say the food was food. The grits were nice and creamy and no lumps and seasoned to perfection. My eggs didn't have any brown pieces. I do want to offer a piece of advice....the toast wasn't to good. It was wet and soggy. I think that should go in a piece of foil or a paper bag so it can stay warm and hard. I would go back.
Food was good I had the get plate and my friend had the fish sandwich which he said was excellent. This restaurant is good for after church lunch on a Sunday. The reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is due to the fact that our server was not good. She acted like she did not want to be there and she also grabbed the menus away from us after we were finished ordering rudely.

Great place to eat. The food is good, service is great. Very reasonable priced. I got a complete breakfast for $5.95 that included coffee or tea.

Food is fantastic here, service is great. Everything is so reasonable priced and the portions are just love. We come here during lunch at least once a week.
