Worst DD shop location ever I had tried DD. Bad customer service and quality. Was waiting past 15 mins since I ordered and staff asked me why are you waiting? After that this is what I got for their new tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich - a disgrace to their promo pic. And the hot cappuccino I ordered was worst than a regular cold coffee.
If there was a way for me to leave zero stars I would. Every time I come in the store the service is slow I wait in line forever. And there is no common courtesy nobody says hello to you nobody says give me a minute sorry for your wait. They act like I’m not even there like I’m invisible and I get ignored every time I go in. So I decided I am not going to this location anymore until they hire new management and new employees because they are terrible
We come here for donuts, ice cream or ice cream cake. Nice place, very friendly staff. Seating inside and outside. Kids love it
The Coffee Cake Muffins and Vanilla Bean Coolattas are my fav. Service is pretty quick (depending on how busy they get) and the employees that I’ve ordered from have been friendly and never once messed up my order.
The worst DD I’ve ever been to. Didn’t have the donut I ordered online and didn’t make my drink correctly. Didn’t greet me when I walked in. Weren’t friendly. Literally nothing good about my experience. Will not return.
Worst customer service ever, Very surprise how bad is customer service here, especially white short women who work as cashier she is extremely rude, if anyone planning to go this location it’s better to drive little more further and go to different location or go to krispy kreme or wherever but except this location If you don’t want to mess up your beautiful day because of them
The staff is extremely rude, not a greeting or a thank you. Acted as if it was a bother to make a simple order. After poor customer service the order was incorrectly made. I don’t usually come to this location and won’t be back.
Employees are slow without remorse, poor customer service, items advertised on their current menu are discontinued.
