So I came here today around 7 pm. The guy with all the knuckle tatts literally watches me drive up. Sit there for about 5 mins to order before pulling to the window where the lady informs me their headsets aren’t working. Now they had a sign that said no lattes because the machine was broken but nothing stating to pull forward. I asked for a frozen iced coffee. Can’t make it. Can I get an iced hazelnut coffee? I’m pregnant and just wanted some coffee. I can’t drink it often and had a rough day. She says she has to brew some. No problem. Knuckle tatts comes to the window and asks if he can help me, I say oh I think she is making the iced coffee, he says it’s too much to do that for a $3 coffee. Im dumbfounded at this point because I literally HEAR the machine brewing out of sight. But for him to come and tell me basically you’re not worth us doing our job was so unprofessional. He basically says I can offer you Gatorade, sprite. Im like I just want a coffee, from a coffee place. So I ask my son if he wants a donut.“We don’t have any.”I said you might as well close. “We’re not allowed to”Ok so let me get this straight. You can’t close but you won’t make any coffee for customers because you’ve been slow and don’t want to waste product. Even after she says she’ll make it, he comes and basically says your little funky $3 drink isn’t worth us doing our jobs. This pandemic got folks doing the very most unprofessional ish I’ve ever encountered in my 35 years. and whoever hired these people needs to be replaced right along with them.Oh and he basically says, “We’ll be open tomorrow at 5 am.” I wanted to say “Oh you want my $3 then huh?” But I really didn’t want to stoop to his level. I’m pregnant as hell and very annoyed by this entire encounter. I’ve been a regular for YEARS but they won’t have to worry about my lil funky $3 coffee again, that’s for sure.
Typically during the week day I have wonderful service from here. But for some reason every weekend that I've came they've gotten my order wrong or have given me somebody else's order. I'm more mad about spending $14/20 & The rest as a tip. But every time my order is wrong it's about $8 worth of food. Like if I'm gonna tip you you. Get my order right.
If you like Dunkin for the coffee, don't go here. I've been 4 times and each time they mess up at least one of my drinks; even after asking them to make sure they're making them as I ordered. I got coffee for my coworkers today as a surprise and they messed up 3 out of 4 drinks I ordered and gave me an attitude when I asked what was what. When asking which drink is which (they said their printer is down), I got a response of "I dont know I didnt make them". I've previously been argued with over what I've ordered even though it clearly states said order on the ticket. The food is fine but it's not hard to heat up frozen food. The customer service is trash from every cashier I've had except for Brittany the manager. Will not return here unless its for a FREE, black coffee.
The sourdough breakfast sandwich was surprisingly super delicious. They didnt have crescents so opted for something different. They even made my iced decaf perfectly... I said splenda and cream they happily put 3 of each... which is my preference. I was glad they got it. All in all quick drive thru service friendly cashier Imani... overall satisfaction! Be careful of traffic coming out onto 74 west.
Great service! Only 2 employees were working but they made it work!My bacon, egg & cheese croissant was hot and fresh.Thank you for showing up ladies!
Just came through for a quick gift card and noticed the Apple Fritters. Shea was very nice and gave great customer service as I asked her about the item in addition to getting my gift card. Thanks Shea for your outstanding customer service, can't wait to taste this apple fritter.
I went on a Wednesday morning at around 9:20am and the doors to go inside were locked. In addition, all the chairs were up inside and no one explained to me why they weren’t serving inside. The hours are posted outside and it says open from 7am-9pm. If they were understaffed I would understand, but they offered no reasoning as to why I wasn’t allowed inside. I ended up having to go through the drive thru, which is what I didn’t want to do. Their phone number also doesn’t work so I couldn’t even call them. I hadn’t ate breakfast yet, so that’s the only reason why I went to the drive thru.
Went to the drive up and the line was so long decided to park and go in, despite the pouring rain. I get to the door and all the doors are locked! They are clearly open, why not let people in?
Would not let me order without a mask even though I would take it right off to eat and wouldn’t give me a mask to use as I didn’t have one. Stores bathrooms are also closed and blocked off by staff.
Would like to see a few more workers in the morning to be able to handle the rush...
