If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are rude and disrespectful. Dismissive of customers and neglectful of orders. We ordered 4 pizzas and the wrong order was delivered to our home. We talked with the store and they assured us that we would get it remade/resent. After an hour of waiting, we called back and the store said that they sent the right order and would not remake our food. The night manager was rude and hung up on us. We drove to the store and was met with attitude and lies about how he never spoke to us about the order.Fast forward to the next morning, we spoke to the gm in person and he was also rude and did not want to help. He said that he had to coordinate with his night manager. Later that night, we came back to speak with the GM and the night manager (who acted oblivious once again) and had a back and forth but finally got our food made after countless phone calls and multiple visits
The spinach feta pizza is the best we've ever had with an alfredo base, asiago, provalone & feta cheeses, onion & spinach. The flavor is addictive!
Customer service is terrible and forget about getting a refund. Purchase an order online and recieved an incomplete order. Contacted the store and asked for a refund for the missing item, and the store refused. Offered credit or to deliver the item later, which was not acceptable since we were already at the table eating.
Never again am I getting wings from here no sauce wings look like they came premature chicken very disappointed
Domino's at Stevens Mill doesn't deliver to my area but I will drive out of my way for a pick up order anytime I crave Pizza. The work team there is awesome, the food is always fresh, delicious and made to order. Keep up the great work!!
Hit or miss. I ordered pizza and hot wings. The pizza was good, but wings were not sauced. Disappointed.
Always send our order out fresh without a long wait for delivery.
The worst dominos. I have been on the phone for 28 mins with no one picking up the phone. I live 6 miles from the store and my app says I’m out of range but yet I have order from this location before and have had it delivered.I would not recommend this location.
Waited over an hour for delivery and when it came it was completely cold. Why would you send out pizza that has been sitting for 45 mins. Nothing like 40 bucks for pizza you have to microwave
Just ordered two pizzas one thin crust both with extra sauce. They both came dry and burnt I would of been better taking the 40 dollars and lighting it on fire.
