Tonight’s ordering experience started off rocky, but after the 3rd call, everything went perfectly.Staff was awesome…there were a LOT of employees working , super busy place… very positive experience. And the food was delicious. Thank you.We ordered thin crust Hawaiian pizza and it was perfect. And Honey BBQ chicken wings … delicious.The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. An employee that was carrying an order out to the parking lot even held the door for me.This was a MUCH better experience compared to a couple of months ago.GREAT JOB … thanks :)( I picked it up in person because the last two times we ordered delivery, it wasn’t hot by the time it arrived )

Ordered pizza at 7:45. Called at 8:45 to see where order was. Was told no delivery driver available. Why even offer the service. Why did I have to call. We’re they not going to inform me. Never Dominos again.

Our pizza hasn’t been cut the last few times and it kinda sucks and it’s hard to cut the food is Gas thought but our order keeps getting screwed up over the phone and online.

Wow...that was the fastest I ever got delivery. Awesome!

Sat outside with my blinkers on for over 20 minutes. I would say their curbside pickup is far from successful.

I ordered Pacific veggie pizza got it on 10/28 at 4:45 pm. This order was over filled with Tomato source. It is the worst pizza I have ever eaten. My kids didn’t eat it. I don’t recommend order pizza from this branch during weekday. It was also very oily and gross.

Dominoes introduced a 2-minute timer that says if the curbside doesn’t deliver in 2 minutes your pizza is free. With 33 seconds left it stopped saying my pizza was in its way out. 5 min later it hadn’t come out so I went inside only to be told the store has nothing to do with the timer. The girl at the counter was rude and just walked away when I asked why the timer stopped. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I didn’t ask the second time I realized it is a gimmick.

Ordered delivery for the first time tonight. Usually pick up. I ordered at 7:15 order was here by by 7:50 Pizza and garlic knots were piping hot. Very good. Plus my delivery Driver was very pleasant. Thanks for the good pizza

Ordered last night and took nearly two hours to arrive, was freezing cold, with items missing and no recourse/refund. Best they could do was 20% off the next order. Will never order here again.

Monday Sept 6 2021 at 2:42 pm I placed a carryout curbside order medium thin spinach & feta pizza with additional custom toppings added. I picked up the order around 3:20pm curbside before I left the store I checked the box and a slice of pizza was taken from the box and whomever did this had the audacity to leave the crust inside the box with COVID still being a major problem my question is was proper protocol and procedures even taken when preparing my order? I took photos for evidence to support my complaint. I immediately went back inside and notified the manager of course making senseless excuses to what just happen and apologizing about what had occurred and asking did I want another pizza made. I did not want another pizza after what I just witnessed. I was also told by the manager it would take three business days to reflect a refund back to my debit card that was used. Since today was a Labor Day holiday observance I emailed corporate sending evidence and photos to support my complaint and asked to be contacted immediately about this unacceptable bad customer service experience. I would give a no star rating but software would not allow me to submit the the review unless I put at least one star but my experience today was negative star review -⭐️
