Best choc chip cookies I’ve ever had. Clean/minimal place too.
I have good experiences here and so-so experiences as well.The cookie recipes are delicious but many times the cookies are a bit undercooked. In addition, I ordered 2 cookies in store and was told I had to wait a few extra minutes for a new batch which was fine. But when the batch was done, they preceded to fill 6 other orders that apparently were made online while I waited an additional 15 minutes with an inpatient toddler. I guess it just makes me question the worthwhile of a $4 cookie…
Amazing weekly choices we tried it once and go every chance we get. It’s a must if you need to send a gift or just feel like stuffing your face with giant and amazing cookies. You’ll never get bored because there are new half dozen choices each week
Friendly staff, very clean, fast service. We liked most of our selections the first visit, not so much the 2nd. Wish they had more staple choices to always have available.
Their cookies are amazing, but everytime I go there after placing my online order, during the day I should mention, they don't have my cookies ready or "in stock." I should be notified before I get to the store. It makes no sense in you not having the cookies in stock for an online order. Makes no sense, and it's more than disappointing.
A complete nightmare experience with the "manager" Steven today! I have purchased several cookies but loaded the app thinking that it would be nice to get a Birthday cookie. What I got instead was extreme rudeness and total disregard for a customer as I was informed in the most curt way that if I didn't receive my email with barcode for them to scan them there was nothing that they could or would do for me. Instead of saying how sorry they were and that as soon as I could get that email or barcode that they would be more than happy to get me a cookie, they just pointed at the screen and said "see, we can't do it!" I attempted to find the email that wasn't sent and left because they proceeded to ignore me and help all other customers. When I called to talk to Steven, I was told to call back because he was busy, then placed on hold for eternity. I called again to finally speak to him and inform him that I will be discussing this with corpoas well as the owner because they were so rude and dismissive. He then got angry and defensive insisting that he was human and only has 2 minutes per customer and screen time and was helping someone else and after watching me attempt to find the email, just let me leave upset. Then he said I raised my voice and he didn't care I I called corporate or the owner and said his name was Tyler and he would tell him what happened and then hung up on me! Wow! Customer acquisition and loyalty is hard to come by these days, but at Crumble, you can bet that they don't care about You, the customer that provides their paycheck! Cookies are great, which is all that counts I guess. But when I got a half-decorated cookie (Lucky Charms cookie) and I simply suggested they tell people that they’ve run out of decoration BEFORE they purchase, three of the staff laughed at me. Looks like from previous reviews that this happened multiple times. Basic customer service training needed at this location.
What we did recieve from our order was delicious, however, one of the cookies was not made correctly (the Lucky Charms cookie) as it was not topped with Lucky Charms as advertised. Also, we ordered 4 of the half-pints of ice cream with our order. We recieved 4 half-pints, but 2 of the 4 were identical. I ordered Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter Brittle, Raspberry Cheesecake, and Cookie Dough. I recieved 2 Snikerdoodle and no Cookie Dough.
Such a delicious cookie! ? I've used the delivery service and picked some up at the store. Never disappointed! Theybare usually STILL WARM! These are also the biggest cookies you will find in the area! Well worth the $.
Never again. I have nothing against the staff or anything, we had these cookies doordashed to us. But these cookies are nowhere near worth the hype. The frosted sugar cookie taste like what the frosted sugar cookies at the grocery store should be, however, they were still gross. I have also never come across a disgusting chocolate chip cookie from a dessert shop until now. I will give them credit with the white chocolate ruby or whatever its calledgood luck
