Ordered a 2 juices, one wasn’t what I expected based off of me ordering this same juice a week prior from another location. The manager advised he would issue a refund and didn’t do it. I noticed several days later and called in about it and he had forgotten. The store was empty on the day that I came in so it wasn’t like they were so swamped it slipped his mind. Had I not been scrolling my statements for something else, I wouldn’t have noticed that the refund was not issued.
1st time visitor and Kira/sister were very nice. Got Chocolate One/coffee, very decent. Just had braces adjusted and usually go to another competitor but y'all have a new customer ?
The entire Clean Juice Matthews staff are always top notch with service and friendliness when I visit. They always know my favorites and never disappoint!!!
Excellent Organic juices!! And the best staff! The sweetest girls work there and are always so good to me!! I love seeing them as much as I love the juices and smoothies there!

I think the staff here are great. The juice isn’t my favorite unfortunately and I didn’t really care for my egg salad sandwich.
I wanted to try this out as I didn’t know there were açaí places in Matthew’s!! I’m glad I did!!! I usually drive all the way to Central avenue from Indian trail for açaí but now I know there’s a place down the street I can trust!!They have a lot of options, the staff is open to questions and is patient, and the food doesn’t take long for them to assemble. The time it takes them to prepare an açaí bowl can be a problem at places but it isn’t here!!Also the bowls are BIG and are FILLED with açaí!!!
My 1st time here. Very clean store. Nice selections of drinks. Associate was super friendly and helpful. Drinks were very good and healthy.
Love the food and atmosphere, but the workers could use some improvement… cursing and laughing behind the counter, and mostly one girl doing everything by herself while others were in the kitchen… not very professional.
Don’t bother with online order! I came from Indian Trail to pick up the online order to hear that they don’t have 3 juices of 5! Why don’t you text or email that people don’t waste such expensive gas??? This place is a joke. Always new people and zero customer service + cosmic prices. Will do myself at home. Cheaper and 100 better.
