I've been going to this CiCi's for years and the experience has never been bad enough for me to stop going. It seems like the current team in place is getting food out faster and keeping the pizza bar packed with fresh foods more often, creating less waits for common favorites. I also noticed one employee who was proactively picking up used plates from tables to keep the store cleaner. Great work!
Closes at 10 but in reality that means 9:00-9:18. They stopped making fresh pizzas around this time had the salad bar and buffet closed off by 9:20. The left over pieces are piled onto two trays and that’s all you’re offered from 9pm-10pm, due to them “closing”.Cleaning lady will basically sweep you out the door by cleaning under your feet every 4 mins. Staff was complaining loudly about wanting to leave to other customers.If you’re going to offer less than half of the menu after a certain time, charge different prices for it because this was sub par quality and not what someone would expect from a “””buffet”””, even if it is just Cici’s.
We wen there yesterday 05/23/22 for a family time dinner. The employers there are so Angry The costumers Service and The Cook Lady she was so engry whit me. I did ask If please can I get pizza Alfredo and she started Scream to me like No take from The line she is rude unrespecful and rasist with me and my Family .is 5am at The morning my Daugther. is seek. She yest eat some pasta with marinada sauce Now she trouw up she has Fever she said because The sauce taste bad she has food poison.. I never recomen this place any more ...
Last Sunday our church group had a plan to eat there. However, one of the members fainted in front of the restaurant. The manager of the store brought out some water and a chair right away for her to rest until the ambulance arrived. We are so thankful about their kindness and genorosity. We are going back today to eat the meal we missed last week. Thank you and God bless!
Nice update to the place. Doesn't look so old. Food was constantly available. Just wish the tables were completely cleaned
The staff was nice. Really great people work there. The pizza quality was mediocre at best.
Best bestest food - salad pasta and variety of pizzas on demand at just 3.99 or 6.99. Honestly I have never eaten such fresh and less grease in my life so Fresh at the same time! Best wishes!
Alvaro and his coworkers do a great job running the weekday lunch. Everyone is always very polite and they do a good job of keeping the restaurant clean and the buffet stocked!The restaurant has been remodeled in the past couple of years, so it is very nice. This location can get crowded on the weekends!If you sign up for the Cici's app, they will occasionally send $3.99 coupons, so definitely worth getting the app.
The staff was super friendly, the food was hot, fast, fresh, and good. The gentleman was keeping the lobby super clean and made his rounds for the plates. Will be back ?
I think it’s ridiculous you pay for a 1 year old! He ate half slice of pizza. Never again
