This Chipotle needs a new General Manager badly. The restaurant is disgustingly dirty from the floor up. There are years worth of sludge on their dining furniture and stainless baseboards which was already industrial and very basic. I’m at this point I’m simply not comfortable eating here anymore. The make line is always a gross train wreck and employees here simply do not care. Trash cans overflow to the floor and tables are unfit to sit at. They certainly aren’t worried about germs here. Last time we visited they did not appear short staffed with all 6-7 of them mostly just standing around. Zero care is given here. Oh and “NO cash here unlessyou have exactly change”. This makes no sense as once you take exact change repeatedly, you can certainly then make change even if your company is too derelict to order change when their deposits are picked up by a service. Is this too hard for your standard of employee to make change anymore? I don’t get it. So $20 was cash and .14 went on my card! Unbelievable!!

Reluctantly, after several bad experiences at this Chipotle location, I write a negative review. In the last several months when visiting this location they have not had various key ingredients and the restaurant itself has been unclean. Today, though, was the worst experience. First, the restaurant was closed inside due to a gas leak, which seemed suspicious because other business surrounding it were open and people were working inside. But they said to order online. So we did. It said our order would be ready in around 5 minutes. Well, it wasn't ready for OVER AN HOUR later. What's more, several parts of the order were wrong. They offered no discount even after this. I'm very disappointed as I love Chipotle and this location used to be good.

I love chipotle but this location is either grossly understaffed or has hired a lazy crew who simply doesn’t understand customer service. Each time we’ve come, they are out of a minimum of 3 items (this time was white rice, fajitas, black beans and sour cream)I completely understand that we are in a pandemic. However, when I ask for an item and I receive an eye roll, attitude, or an “I dunno” it seems like it’s a character issue rather than a staffing issue.

I'm in the industry and understand the struggles faced even more in recent years. I worked for this brand at one point so I understand even moreso. Unfortunately, this location, which once my go to, has declined rapidly. Cleanliness, standards, food quality all of it. Out of guacamole, black beans, fajita veggies at 1130 AM? One young man working line at noon, a POS trying to help the line while ringing up people with gloves, one online, a grill guy with no head covering. Randomly a manager who appeared to be busy trying to prep stuff would pop his head onto the floor.

This location habitually messes up. It’s by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, and it’s a shame that it’s the closest one to where I live. I keep going back thinking “oh they’ll get it right this time”. Nope. The chips are constantly stale, that is when they have them. I’ve come in numerous times and they’ve been out of chips at 5:30pm. How?!?! The rice has been undercooked and hard multiple times. The final straw was when I got a chicken bowl for my wife, brought it home and found that the chicken was still raw. How do they not do some sort of quality check before serving the food? I don’t ever write bad reviews, but something needs to change here.

Came back after my last experience to try them again. I ordered a salad. Got home and there was no lettuce on my SALAD. Of course, they also did not have any dressing, which they never have. This location is TERRIBLE! I waited 35 minutes for my order. Finally got it home and it was incorrect. Wrong meat, no sour cream, terrible burrito. We ordered chips and queso and barely got any chips in our bag. Absolutely awful!!

Gave this chipotle a second chance and decided to go back after last failed experience. Got my order completely wrong. Only decided to go back be albermale rd is worst and wifey wanted. Won’t make the mistake to go back I ordered double steak got shredded beef. Wasted gas time and energy. Again I will not support this establishment anymore. Be careful eating here

This location was dirty with a line out the door and slow/poor service. I placed an order online that said the food would be ready in approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival I should have known there was an issue. They were running over an hour behind on orders. The staff looked worn out, but were doing nothing to manage their situation. On-line ordering, etc should have been turned off. I ended up being able to cancel my order through the app. I will not return to this location.

I had such a bad experience!! I wanted steak and there was none and I asked the worker “when will there be fresh steak” and he told me “it’ll be ready in 7 minutes” I waited almost 25 minutes and I got back in line and asked him again about the steak and he says “oh they never put it on the grill” SO WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO WAIT 7 MINUTES” so ridiculous…. They never have their meats ready and it’s always messy… this chipotle needs a whole new crew and management needs to do better.

No stars. Horrible Chipotle. I work at the hospital 3 minutes away with only a 30 minute break. This is the closest Chipotle and it's ALWAYS something. I've been eating Chipotle for years so I know what everything is supposed to taste like.Reasons for dissatisfaction:1. They never have anything in stock. (Mostly veggies) Or it takes forever for it to get done.2. The rice does not have the Cilantro lime flavor that it is supposed to have.3. I don't get chips every time I go, but when I do they are STALE and too SALTY. Almost like they've either been left out for days or they tried to refry them and put salt to cover up that they've been recooked.4. Absolutely no sense of urgency especially when there is a long line. This is more so directed at the teenagers that work there.5. They give little portions of food and I always have to ask for it to be topped off.I've worked in many restaurants and I know how a food line is supposed to be ran especially at rush hours.
