Ordered the filet mignon , salad and baked potatoes. As always it was great. Only problem is the prices on the web site need updated. It showed $25. I was charged $35. I didn’t say anything figured the site hasn’t been updated.
We had a great experience here! It was me and my husband's first time going to CharBar 7. We sat on the patio, service was phenomenal! Eli was our server and he was very attentive to our needs. I got the Cali Turkey burger with fries. The burger was delicious and the fries perfectly seasoned and crispy. My husband had the honey siracha wings, he gave his stamp of approval. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. We will surely be back soon!
I order my salmon salad medium it came out raw, sent it back it came out still not even medium rare then the third time it came out it was well done, but what made me wanna puke was the lettuce bed was the same the whole time so they just kept throwing the salmon on top of contaminated lettuce I won’t be back
Standard American fare but high quality. The food all came out cooked perfectly.The waiter was also freaking awesome. Attentive and friendly but not annoying. If you want to eat clean they have healthy options for you as well.
I got a to go order at this restaurant and ask for barbecue sauce and silverware when I ordered the food. I got neither, also no napkins.I had to run in to pick it up during a pouring thunderstorm and when I asked if I could sit inside and wait the hostess said "I guess." I asked her how long it would be till my to-go order was ready and she said "I don't know I don't deal with that part of it." When they brought my order out it was in a plastic bag tied at the top and when I asked for salt she said "it's already seasoned." Worst $30+ I ever spent. If I wanted to be treated like I was going through a McDonald's drive-thru I would have gone to a McDonald's drive-thru.
So go my and eat and this location Matthews and Mint Hill locations they have good food, atmosphere and drinks.
Menu items are a bit hit and miss. Sometimes I'll get something there that is near the top of what you can get from most grills/cafes like this, and other items are below average. But seriously, get there tater tots.They were pretty short staffed, so I won't take anything away from them for the midling service. Our waitress was nice, but stressed. The rest of the staff seemed the same. I hope management does something to relieve the workers here, either staffing more or playing better wages.

Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff. The quesadillas are amazing! Must try! Everything I've eaten here has been great!
