Our family went for dinner tonight and the food, drinks and service was excellent! We both got pasta weesie and agreed it was amazing, peach sangria was the best we’ve ever had, and the strawberry cheesecake was so good. We are too full and I have half my meal leftover (good amount of food for the money). On top of that, I believe our waiter’s name was Matthew and he so quick with everything we asked for, helpful with ordering, and so so polite. We’ll be back for sure.
Carrabba's has always been one of my favorite places to go. It is true, "the good old days have come and gone". Our waitress Tanya was top notch. She was also the bartender so I'm not sure why the host put my family in the bar as opposed to the dining area that was basically empty.As we were finishing up our meal one of the wait staff was sitting with his friend at a table close to us and decided it would be best to dramatically kill a cockroach that was running across the floor 5 feet from us.I really felt sorry for Tanya having to put up with such an untrained group of staff.

This place has become the worst example of what a Carrabbas should be. Kitchen managers are a joke, fire the proprietor before its to late. 4.1 out of 5 isn't going to win with these prices. Our server was awesome, most gracious and helpful!
Came here as a last minute decision solely based on previous visits at other locations. Put us on the list so we didn’t have to wait. That was seamless. Hostess was meh. We were greeted by our server & I won’t mention name due to saving him from embarrassment. He had to huh my husband because he was so focused on staring at him to figure out if he was famous or not. Food was not the best. Calamari tasted like it was frozen from a bag. We were only asked once if we needed anything after our entrees came out. Didn’t ask us if we wanted dessert, just brought the check.Being a business owner & knowing times are tough as far as staffing goes, we are pretty understanding. This is just an opportunity to do better & make it better for the next patron that decides to give you all their business.
I placed a curbside order online for dinner on 2-11-22. I ordered the four-cheese & sausage stuffed mushrooms and meatballs & ricotta. It was a little late to be eating, but these were perfect portions.The young man who brought my food was pleasant and actually brought the food out to me a few minutes than the estimate I was given. I went straight home which lead to my disappointment. The mushrooms weren't hot. The bread wasn't warm. The meatballs were hot & the saving grace of the order. I hadn't been to this location since a friend's birthday dinner in 2018/19. It'll probably be a while before I'd revisit.
How this place stays open is beyond me. The hours state they are open til 10pm but you play Russian roulette on whether they close at 8 or 9 instead. the husband and I try going here once a month. We have eaten here once in the past year because they are always closed “5 min ago.” They may be short staffed but god knows as bare as the restaurant is - the two or three servers they have should be able to handle it. Needs better management for certain - a good manager would see $ but it’s very apparent that his proprietor does nothing to retain guests or employees.
Was visiting the area and had a couple of lunches and dinners here. Service was great, even when short staffed. Only a short wait to be seated. Food was good and didn't wait long to be served.
Recently renovated so everything is shiny and new. The food is delicious and the service is friendly.
