This location needs to be shut down. I have heard that this location has rats ? & the food was horrible a week ago??
My husband and daughter love their fish. Its always hot and fresh.
i have been eating at this location for years and the batter dipped fish and the shrimp has always been good but the sides have gotten worse recently...the fries are always cold and taste like they have been sitting around for awhile and they should take the country style fish off the menu because they are just thin fish strips and you have to beg for extra tarter sauce no matter how much fish you get they always try to give you as few as possible.......I really do not eat here often anymore only like 2/3 times a year if that.
Went there today for lunch to get a family pack. Dining room was closed, so went into drive through. The ladies were awesome, and we got our favorite fish for waiting for a bit (which is expected). Thanks for the excellent food and making this girl happy! The was today Feb. 19 around 1pm. I have started to make a habit of providing feedback when deserved. Thanks again!
Two 3 piece fish dinners with substitutions and it was great as usual. Only fish my wife will eat!
The order was totally wrong. I asked for ketsup & I got tarter sauce. I don't eat tarter sauce.
We stopped going here pre Covid because every time we went the food was never good. Overcooked, things left off your plate, etc. Management was terrible at this location.We held our breath and decided to try it again. Apparently with new management, everything was perfect! The hush puppies were so fresh and hot and tasted like they are supposed to. The fish was perfect also. Ohmigosh! It was like the old Captain D's had been resurrected! Thank you, Jesus!
Good. Fish pieces are not as big as they were 4 years ago. I am sure everyone has noticed.
I have been eating Captain D's for a long time and have been disappointed in the past with the workers and the food product even though I love eating at Captain D's there was inconsistency with the food but today my food was excellent it was the restaurant on 74 Independence East Charlotte NC the worker was very kind and generous and I appreciate it it was the best Captain D's I've had in 2years.
Was disappointed that the gumbo didn't have okra in it. Customer service is always good.
