I don't care for Brooklyn Pizza but occasionally when other lical family goes thete I'll go along. It's a matter of convenience, but always willing to give them another chance. Sadly, it's still bad.They wouldn't survive in Brooklyn. NY. The dough is bland & dry. The crust is hatd as a rock, difficult to eat. I'd say it's overbaked but I think it's also cheap dough. The hot grease on the pie is from cheap cheese. Dab it with paper napkins to save yourself from the useless & tasteless oily mess.
Very disappointed, I was expecting a different outcome. The calzone was very salty, the bread tasted as if it was stale and the extra topping of spinach was around 4 leaves.
ACCESS ISSUEBrooklyn Pizza in Waxhaw/Matthews NCI’ve been here numerous times with my dogs and not once have I had an access issue until today. I attempted to educate to be returned with excuse after excuse, I’m still seated and being served but they’re doing it with major attitude. Do better Brooklyn Pizza, why only after my years of coming here are you starting this up. Not a way to treat your disabled customers.
Asked for a well done/extra crispy pizza as they usually under cooked.Got a barely cooked pizza. This is 2nd time in a row this has happen. And about the 4th time to us. Not sure why this is so difficult to do. No one wants a barely cooked pizza. Bottom of pizza and crust barely done. Need to work on this.
We came to Brooklyn Pizza Parlor to celebrate the season after our kids' championship soccer game at Weddington Optimist Park. They have a great, open dining room. Service was fast and impeccable. Very friendly staff! And our food was great, too!
Best pizza in the Charlotte area, reminds me so much of Ray's in NYC.
Paid for two burned pizza. Problem is that two employees at the site think that the pizza was OK (cook who made it and the employee who checked it before giving my take out order) to serve it. I always give a $10 tip for take out. Not any more. So after having to wait for 40 minutes for my take out. I'm given two burned pizzas. Not willing to wait another 40 minutes.
Usually great ny style, a little burnt last time ordered but still ok
Really good big slices, you wont leave hungry!
Great food at a reasonable price. I fed everyone plus extra. The people were nice and efficient. The leftover food fed us again the next day.
