It's a sad state of affairs at this Boston Market location. The building itself looks as if it needs to be gutted and re-done altogether (see photos for reference) The first photo shows the disgusting mold along the wall of the solitary booth found in the dining room. Standing water at the drink fountain made it a challenge to get a beverage. The entire time we had to wonder what the sanitation rating was but we're terrified to find out. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the sweet potato casserole was delicious.

The food and management are absolutely horrible. We received our order via uber eats. The chicken was dry and tasteless, potatoes under cooked and so hard you could break a window with them, the meat loaf was probably 2 days old, overly salty, dry and tasteless, missing my corn side, missing half the chicken and to top it off when I called to discuss the issue with a manager, I was berated and told I was rude, when all I did was tell him our food was awful. This is probably another reason for all the other negative reviews on here that are similar. I'm shocked that my wife and I didn't get food poisoning from the food we did actually eat. I would hope that the upper management reads this and does something about the issues in this restaurant. Boston market was good in the past but it's clear they really don't care about quality food and service anymore.

Something is going on wrong with this location! Whether it’s a staffing issue, poor management or supply chain scarcity (as was the excuse they gave me), overall quality is just not the Boston Market norm. The rotisserie ovens are not even in use. They have nothing but chicken (pulled from some hot box, so who knows if they really make it on site or buy it from the super market), the mashed potatoes and gravy not only looked like the middle school lunch room but they tasted like it, no cornbread, and the mac and cheese was mediocre. I guess when my mashed potatoes are being served out with an ice cream scoop, in that perfect dome you’d expect from the lunch lady lol it doesn’t hit me that this is the level of expectation Boston Market corporate would appreciate. I know this location was closed down for a bit, not sure why, but whatever reopening that was had is definitely a huge downfall from where this location used to be.

They must be desperate for staff cause it sure shows. Straight clowns here.Went to this location after placing a takeout order at 5:30-5:45 and was given an ETA of 6:30 for pickup. Arrive at 6:30 for curbside, call twice. Nobody answers the phone both times so I go inside and ask about the order. They claim the meatloaf was gonna take another 30 minutes. I ask why? The cook or whoever he is immediately gets defensive and an attitude. Trying to intimidate me. "Oh, you know we have other customers that come before you right?" I laughed, the parking lot was completely empty. I was the only one in there.Dude starts to threaten me "I can clock out right now and handle business" Yeah, okay buddy. All I did was ask for a refund, and he starts trying to threaten me. The cashier of course just standing there defending him. I thought this was hilarious.I'll never visit another Boston Market again. This is a clown show being run by the staff. I lost brain cells going in there that I'll never get back. It's not even worth reporting to Management, they are so desperate for help this clown will probably get a reward.

I was there Sunday afternoon. There was only one server that was doing his best to keep up with orders and be courteous to guests. I was there 10 minutes before finding out that they were low on one entree and had none of the one I really wanted. Also, while there, nothing was bought out to the food bar from the kitchen. So, I left, likely not to return. Service at this location has declined significantly over the past few years.

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced today. They had ran out of chicken earlier, so upon walking in I asked if they now had chicken. Both employees looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language without giving any response. My family and I stood there for 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgement or explanation although the parking lot was completely empty! This is the first time I have ever seen a Boston Market with such poor management and customer service. Very disappointed! Will not be open long if something drastic doesn’t change.

This restaurant is in a disarray. There's water all over the floor & dirty. The windows and their ledges were filty. Both trash cans are over flowing. I paid $32.00 for bad tasting food. I gave a 2 star rating, base on the 01 employee hard at work. There was 03 other employees. Who came out of kitchen, for something to eat. While, laughing & joking over food, about being on break. The 01 worker is trying to serve the customers. As the other employees are reaching over him. I won't be back at this location. Hopefully, the own would make the necessary Improvements.

I gave it 2 stars because of the tasty chicken and mashed potatoes. But I got sick to my stomach because of the spinach or sweet potatoes. My diarreah was dark greenish so my guess is on the spinach. I want to lose weight but in a healthy way. No wonder they didn't have any other customers.. Do better Boston Market!

If it could be a negative it would. Whoever this franchise owner is needs to be shut down by corporate or health department. I walked up to the door and it looks like employees left and never came back. Trash in parking lot, broken signs everywhere. This used to be the better one in our area. Came by at Noon, well after opening hours, it looks like it’s been abandoned and waiting for a foreclosure. Franchisee, if that’s the case, just close the restaurant. It’s not fair to the public what we have been dealing with. Cut your losses. I hope I can find another Boston market within 2 hours of charlotte, because nobody cares here.

My experience yesterday was horrible. I paid 35.00 for three meals and the food was old. The chicken was hard and dry, the rice was hard and brittle. The vegetables were okay. As I was checking out the cashier was using some inappropriate / harsh profanity. I was shocked!! I will never go back to Boston Market.
