Hit the drive thru this morning at the Bo on 74 in Indian Trail for a larger order and I only seen 3 young ladies manning the ship. I have to say that I spoke to all 3 and they were absolutely as polite as could be and they were slam gettin it. You couldn’t see in the back due to a cloud of flour and biscuit crumbs that was flying. Hats off to the few I seen bustin their hind ends to get them orders out, you are appreciated!!!
Ordered online for pickup curbside. I waited 35 minutes and notified the restaurant twice but never received my food. They still charged my card. I've also tried ordering at the drive thru and they didn't have any Chicken on two separate occasions. I won't be back.
Just horrible! Went through the drive thru and was told they'd bring it out. Twenty minutes goes by and countless cars served through the window. No one was asked to wait. I finally walked inside and the food was just sitting there. It's truly sad that they completely forgot about us. And I wasn't given a receipt. Get it together. Nor, did I get the six cinnamon biscuits I asked for, had to settle for 2 boberry biscuits.
Very old dirty Bojangles, mostly what was expected, could use a good renovation. No customer service, staff seemed unhappy to be there, but at least there was people working. Food was greasy and good though like normal.
This the worst bojangles ive ever been to they pic an choose when dey wanna close an when they wanna open the dining area on the inside they burn chicken an when they dnt open the inside they tell you to walk through the drive thru its the most imberressing an humiliating thing ever i ask for the HR number an the lady said why with an attitude an then said we dnt have it by this time im jus gone start recording the daily bs they have going on. All the one star reviews yall have why isn't there being anything done? Ig somebody gotta make yall go viral to get things done
Accidentally forgot to give me my 2 gravy but customer service was awesome, food was cooked well, and despite being slammed in drive through (I had a big order) they did amazing.I plan to deal with gravy tomorrow but still was happy despite the gravy oops.
Served me completely raw chicken and manager said “oh well”
Fries and biscuit were delicious, chicken strips though were just ok. I didn’t like that the chicken were very small pieces, smallest I’ve ever seen from a restaurant.. drive thru was a 20 minute wait just to place my order, only 3 vehicles in line ahead of us. Very unprofessional attire of employees. I might try a different location, I would not go to this one again.
I usually don't leave too many reviews. but I feel like I should hear I work not too far from this particular Bojangles. Visited several times a week or should I say are used to the employees are very rude food is decent when they get your order right. If someone forgets to lock the lobby door and customers come inside they start screaming that they are closed that you must go through the drive-through even though you go through the drive-through and your order is incorrect they still say you must come back through the drive-through
Horrible! They need to be closed down ASAP!!! They stuffed 8 pieces of dried out chicken and 4 biscuits in a 2 piece meal dinner box. Went in an requested a refund. This is what they were serving on the line. Old hard chicken and the cinnamon biscuits look like they've been there since opening and it's 5pm in the afternoon.
