The best Persian food we’ve ever had!Delicious kabobs, pasta dishes, and pizzas. Everything tastes amazing here. And I should mention that the lady who owns the place is very nice and makes sure you are having the best experience.
I must say Athens Pizza & Kabobs are the best! I had the chicken kabob and love it, nice touch withthe grilled tomato. I like to cut it up and mix into the rice. The different sauces they give for are just delicious and tasted homemade. Finally, their homemade tiramisu dessert was divine!
As a Persian who is always looking for kabob I can say this place WILL NOT disappoint! Plenty of onions as well as Orange Fanta and Coke??. Happy customer here
This place is Amazing. The food was Fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and EVERYONE was friendly. If you want a home cooked meal with LOVE this is the place.
Great kebab! Wonderful Persian rice! The BEST kashk e badamjan! There is no better place for the healthy, comfort food that is kebab! Thanks Athens Staff for another great meal!
I should say that this restaurant is one of the best Iranian restaurant that I have tried! It is amazing.My husband and I ordered mixed kebab which was so yummmyyy. Don’t forget to order Baklava! Also the service was great and they were so cool. I highly recommend this restaurant to all especially those who are looking for Persian cuisine;)

We celebrated mom’s 90th birthday at Athens Pizza. They accommodated our large party nicely. As usual, the food was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Service was friendly and spot on. Highly recommend this place.

By far the best food I've had in NC. The Kabobs are moist and juicy, the pizza is always cooked to perfection and the staff are always nice. If I wasn't 20 miles away from this resturant, I'd be having my lunch there everyday. If you haven't tried this place yet, the koobideh kabob is a must have.
