MUST TRY if you’re vegan, gluten free/Celiac, dairy free, or have nut allergies. The staff was fantastic, and the gelato was delicious! My wife ended up with Key Lime and I had the Chocolate Orange, but each flavor we tried was excellent. I haven’t been able to have a waffle cone since middle school due to Celiac, and the gluten free cones were a huge treat. I can’t recommend Artisen enough!
Amazing Gelato! The flavors are unique but not weird. The staff is always smiling. I always feel warm and cozy when I walk in. A Gelato lovers go to place!
Delicious and fresh gelato. You can taste before purchasing. The bonus was Gluten-free ice cream cones. I hadn't had an ice cream cone in years. I highly recommend this place. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
The family loves this place. The people who work here are so patient and kind in letting you try their flavors before choosing. They are all so good. You can't even tell the Gelato is allergen-free (no nuts, no dairy, etc). I don't know how they do it but it's all so yummy!
Really great gelato place for those with allergies! They had some interesting flavors and some oldies but goodies: my favorite is fig and orange. I haven't had that combination before and it has a nice balance of tartness and sweetness with chunks of fig. The space seems a little big for what it is, but works great for social distancing! Would 100% come back when I visit.
Our first time here. Service was quick. Good variety of flavors and very tasty. Loved the fact that vegan and just th right amount of sugar ( not sickly sweet like some spots) We even took some pints home. We will definitely be back or make a special trip. ☺️
Friends recommended this spot and I can't believe it took me so long to try it.My husband and I tried two larges with:- Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake- Fig and Orange- Green Apple Caramel- Peach CobblerThey were all fantastic. Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake was definitely my favorite, but I'd get any of them again.This is definitely my favorite gelato in the Charlotte area and it's one of my favorite frozen treat spots as well (ice cream, etc). I'll be back next time I'm in Charlotte!

Flavorful and many choices make this my new place to go for vegan/dairy free Gelato! When i found out everything in store was vegan/dairy free (cookies, brownies and shakes etc) i couldn't stop smiling! .....and they had a sugar free flavor! Heaven on earth!! ?
I love that they have allergy friendly options without lacking the deliciousness factor. They are so many yummy options to choose from! One of our family favorites is the Dulce de Leche :) Location was clean and adorably decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful when answering questions for customers that aren't sure of which flavor to pick.
