Great food and friendly staff but unfortunately a dirty place. Grimy table & restroom. There was also a 2 to 3 inch cockroach (possibly two) that had to be killed by the staff in the dining area. The first ran up a wall behind a patron and across half the ceiling before getting hit with a menu lol. Another waiter or waitress was later seen trying to kill something too but I had my back turned. Not sure if it was the same pest or another one but very gross either way.
My second time here, both nearly at closing time. Same bartender both times. Same experience. Greets you before you sit, makes you feel welcome and that she is here to help. Immaculate bar, everything clear and clean before patrons leave the restaurant. She never stops moving; serving, bussing, cleaning, taking orders. Highly recommend.
I had not been to this location in a couple years, and it has definitely seen better days. When my family and I arrived it took about 15 minutes before we were even addressed. I understand staffing issued, but when there is staff passing you, it takes a second to say someone will right with you. Our waitress literally kept forgetting everything, had to ask us several times to verify our order, and we still ended up with issues with our orders.
This particular location never listen… At All. 86 BCN means no bacon and I clearly have bacon all over… Not sure what be going on with the staff but they never pay attention. And Currently at 8:46 my wife have been calling and nobody is picking up the phone. By the time I drive back, their gonna be close smdh.It’s my fault tho, should have checked it before I even picked up my DoorDash order smdh.
Asked for steak medium term and it was just warm and almost well done. Service was very good. I picked 2 for 29 with my wife which include appetizer and I was being charged for it as well. They corrected the bill after the mistakr was pointed out.
I visited this place with my aunt and my girlfriend yesterday in the hope to eat something different.The place was a bit tiny more like bar instead of a restaurant, nice and comfy tables, good space for restrooms, 10 to 12 bar spaces and enough parking lot.In regards of the service it was good, the food was phenomenal but we have an issue with our appetizer (that also tasted phenomenal) as the main plate was serve first but becuase of that they gave it for free as a good gesture.
This is the WORST Applebee’s I’ve experienced. I ordered Carside to go THREE hours before I wanted to pick it up and still had to wait when I got to the restaurant. Not only did I have to wait, when I arrived at the restaurant and parked in the designated area I didn’t get an answer when I called so I had to get out of my car and enter the restaurant. Once I went into the restaurant I had to wait 10 more minutes upon entering for my order to be ready. While waiting 10 minutes there were several employees who walked by me and didn’t acknowledge me once or inquire why I was there other than the male server who immediately greeted me upon entry and provided an update on my order once he went in the back to inquire about it. Once they brought out my order, it was missing a whole entree that I had ordered. When I told the girl that I was missing part of my order, she very rudely asked which part as if I was lying. This was the first and LAST time I will go to this Applebee’s. I’ll continue giving Chili’s my service and money. I only decided to go here because I had a $50 gift card to spend.
Food came out way too staggered! It was party of 8(4 adults 4 children) other couple got their food together 10 min later my husband got his and then 20 min later after everyone was done eating mine came out. No apology or anything. Server didn't even check on us to see if we needed anything it was terrible
Food was cold. We arrived before the pickup time and checked in with the app. Notification said it was on the way out to the car now. We were sitting there over 20 minutes past the pick up time. I called to ask about the food and was put on hold and they brought the food out but left me on hold. I was missing requested items. Ranch and cutlery.Now to be fair the food despite being cold was delicious. The kitchen did an amazing job. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious and the ribs were finger licking good! Practically no fat on the ribs which I prefer.I'd give the food 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐And the service1⭐
Past visits have Been just fine. Am planning one in the future & expect the same if not Better. E. Ind Blvd location
