Website is in error, there is NO dine in as given on the website. They are only 1 of 2 that remained dine-in closed - long after everyone else been open for nearly a year. This misleading information needs to be corrected!!!!
Only carry out, no dine in. Clearly a popular spot in Lumberton, the small reception area was packed with folks waiting on their orders. Nothing fancy, I went with the spaghetti &meatballs w/meat sauce. Was pretty good and reasonably priced.
Just ordered delivery today. Great food, fast delivery & large portions. The best marinara sauce from here to Fayetteville! The calzone was amazing, the baked ziti, spaghetti with meatballs & deep fried mushrooms were all awesome. If you're in the area & wanting good food THIS is the place!
Ordered a cheesesteak with fries online and in the special instructions wrote no salt on fries. They called back asking what exactly I meant. Then proceeded to tell me the frozen fries already have salt on them. They tried to sub for chips or onion rings. I asked if the onion rings had salt they said yes. So I asked if I could replace it with chicken nuggets and pay extra she said no. She said I have given you choices for substitutions and you don’t want those, it’s your fault you can’t eat salt not ours. I then asked if she was the manager she said yes. I told her she must not like to accommodate paying customers. And told her to just refund my whole order. Very rude and unpleasant. I’ve eaten from the one in pembroke years ago. Never dealt with any place not wanting to accommodate customers that are willing to pay. I won’t bother going to either location again. Thanks though.
This place was recommended by someone at the gas station. I got the Zeno's Supreme Pizza. The pizza was delicious. I am usually not a fan of pizza crust...I ate everything. The pizza was a bit greasy. Although I did not have a problem with it. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely go again!
Came here for the first time, friend was boasting how great their food is. They didn't allow dine-in at the moment, understanding, especially since Rona is still around. But we placed our order at the front desk, young lady that took our order seemed friendly. I ordered their Penned pasta with meat sauce and my friend ordered their fettuccine with chicken, and we both had extra garlic bread. We were told it would take 15 minutes for our order, so we waited in the car. 15 minutes later our food wasn't ready...so we waited a few more minutes. 45 minutes later we got our food. I open the pizza box our food was placed in, it was hot and fresh. Pasta was definitely not fresh made, from a box, sauce was bland and it was just topped with tons of mozarrella cheese. The garlic bread was okay, small slices but tasted just liked the ones Walmart or Food Lion sells. My friend's chicken fettuccine was great, she says, but what does she knows. She didn't realized that the chicken was not homemade, it wasn't fresh and breading wasn't crunchy. Okay, they gave us a lot of pasta..whoop-ti-do!!! But for the price I paid of almost $30+ it's not worth it. The sad thing is, you really can't find real authentic Italian food here in this part of town. But, Olive Garden seems better than this place.
First time coming here. Of course there was no dining in allowed. The food was okay...yes just okay. In ordered a Penne pasta with meat sauce. Sauce tasted liked it came from a can and they just added the needed seasonings. The garlic bread looked as if it came from Walmart. My friend had a the chicken fettucine she was starving so she said it was delicious. But later regretted it. Come on, if you advertized good Italian food, then show it. For the price I paid it really wasn't worth it. They weren't even busy and it was lunchtime. I could have just bought Stouffer's frozen dinner and that was even better. Very disappointed.
Zeno"s Lumberton. Best pizza and Italian hands down. Most of the staff pretty good. But there is a young lady manager working on Wednesday night. 12/22/21. Was very curt and rude. And was more concerned about closing and getting out. went to pick up the order and was told they didn't have it, even tho it was ordered and paid for online. Was told we would have to wait 15 minutes. was in the truck waiting and could see her standing there in front and she was picking her butt with her hand right there in front could see everything from the front window. Gross
Had a chicken with alfredo fetucine. Pretty decent. Thick on sauce. No vegetables unless you ask for it explicitly. Gets expensive with each addition.
The chef is AMAZING! Makes the food delicious, fresh and not a long wait! No in-house dining but it's with the take out!
