Looks good right? Wrong. The meat was pink on the inside which isn't always a bad thing but is is when it come to a hamburger. Me and Dave gotta have a talk about this bacon obsession too. The raw pink meat photos are too graphic for this site and plus I forgot to take pictures of it before I fed it to my cats, who didn't seems to mind the half cooked burger from Wendy the burger lady.
Do not I repeat do not eat here unless you want your food and order messed up , I ordered a classic bacon cheeseburger, ask for it to be made a double, with no tomato, what I got was a chicken sandwich with tomato, drive through took forever because everyone inside is more worried about joking with each other and talking instead of moving the drive through and getting orders right. And no there wasn’t anyone in the dining room. Can’t go back to get fixed because staying to far away, will never go back here so just have to eat the chicken sandwich, lesson learned.
Before she to do a mobile order even if you're standing right in front of the registers. Not only that my mobile order came out wrong I had paid to upsize it but due to a mix-up about the fact that they didn't have a chocolate Frosty for me and had to give me a vanilla Frosty they must have gotten mixed up and just gave me the standard small fry that comes with it. At least my large chili was pretty good
There was a line but it went fast! Wendy's menu always the best! I miss the original fries. They went better with the frosty.
Was tired & hungry. Just drove 655 miles needed to eat & sleep. Workers at Wendy's were very nice & professional. Enjoyed everything I ordered & it was made to order. Great job.
Ordered through the App and went to pick-up and OMG!!!! It took us approximately 1 hour to get our food. The doors to the restaurant was locked and nobody came to the door to assist! We got back in our car to get in line through the drive thru (it’s pouring down rain) and had to sit and wait!!! The food was already paid for, otherwise we would have left. Don’t think we will be visiting this place any time soon again…it’s ridiculous!!! When we got to the window, at first they couldn’t find our order but after 5 or so minutes they come out with it. This place has poor management cause if you allow folks to use the app to order…at least open the door so they can come in and retrieve it. It took over an hour!!!!!
Line is always very long but goes pretty fast. The food is always hot, fast and delicious. Never had an order wrong so far. Down side is the service isn't friendly. They shove your food at you and send you on your way with a standard greeting.
The food was delicious! But I don't know if any of the people there can speak because they sure didn't speak to my fiance and I. Customer service was needed as far as a simple hello. I would have definitely given the five star if when we picked up our food they would have at least said hey how you doing or thank you have a great day. I just believe you should treat others the way you wanted to be treated when you leave the restaurant and go to another restaurant to get served. Customer service is imperative!
Showed up @12:49 pm on 3-2-22 doors already locked! But the hours say 7am to 1pm. This is by far The Worst Restaurant in Lumberton Nc. McDonald's just across the street is full service, BurgerKing Full Service, Zaxbys Full Service. Don't bother to call because they will hang up on you, & calling corporate office, well you won't get a call back. Wendy's Lumberton Nc can suck Howler Monkey Balls! DO NOT EAT HERE EVER. I worked for this establishment I actually ended up quitting due to the vile way the restaurant was cleaned and food was cooked. I got to work at 6am every morning. Food would be on the floor and counters. It looked as if the place had been ramshacked at night. The floors were so greasy and disgusting it was slippery. Food that should have been discarded was relabeled and used. Temperature and dates were always inaccurate. And as far as the smell it was blamed on sewage but I assure it was due to EVERYTHING but that
