The staff are clearly doing their best, being heavily short-staffed. They were all friendly and polite. Our service was quick, our food was delicious, and the entire team seemed to be doing everything they could to keep the guests happy. If we lived in the area, I guarantee we would be regulars! It was a happy accident we ended up here while traveling, and i am very glad we did!
Loved the food! It was terrific! We sat at the bar instead of waiting due to staff shortage. Our bartender/waitress was working super hard and could use some help. She was also terrific. We will definitely be back. Baked potato was on point and the steak was also good.
Our food was just okay, the Mac and Cheese is similar to boxed. Our waitress was nice. We waited and waited to be called, my husband went up and looked and said we were called 5 parties ago, which is a lie because no one came outside to look for us (we were parked right in front of the front door) and no one said his name while we were sitting inside. The women's bathroom was dirty, had absolutely no soap (how do employees wash hands?) and the women's bathroom had so much water damage that there was a hole in the ceiling. Steak didn't had much flavor, but the salmon with the bourbon sauce was good.
Waited 45 min for 2 bowls of potato soup. Comes out was cream of potato. Not 1 potato in it. They told us that's the way it is. Used to have the best. Ask for a manager said she running errands. Few minutes later a young man came and spoke with us about it. Not sure he was a manager. Still had pay for the 2 cokes. It's OK though won't spend another dime there. Could have been handled totally different. Don't mind the wait just wished I could have gotten good food.
Where do I start....well they have good bread. This was one of my worst dinning experiences that I can remember. With most of these stakehouse style restaurants there may be some wait time before you are seated, which is okay to me. However, to have to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated, then a additional 15-20 minutes before you food is brought out. Just to be completely let down by poor quality and taste of your food. I ordered a Philly stake and cheese snack and my wife ordered....well see pic below.Both were horrible, tasted awful. I would not recommend this place AT ALL.
Ordered rare salmon. Overcooked and sent it back. Ordered 12 os strip. Half fat. See the pic of fat. Manager said that's the way it is. Long wait because of short staff.
Well it started out when we 1st walked in the door we wanted to go to the bar because there was a 30 minute wait was told that we also had to wait for a seat in the bar only to observe 2 other couples Go to the bar be seated get food before we've and made it to our table. Once we made it to our table we had another 10 to 15 minute wait before the waitress came to the table took our order. We ordered potato skins for an appetizer a New York strip and a sirloin steak I'll wait and finish this until you what it was like I will say this would be a prime location something like restaurant rescue or bar rescue Well we got the steaks mine was supposed to be medium rare it was well done my wife was supposed to be medium well and it was rare so we actually didn't get to eat. I will say our waitress was very good and I will give her a tip for trying but as far as for anything else no

Ordered there last night and it was ready in a timely manner. They were extremely busy and Ryan came by to make sure my order was in and responded it would be right out! Food was delicious!
