SUPER COOL, love Taco Bell, it’s cheap, quick, and taste better then eating a bowl of nothing, but I just find it fun how they have never ONCE gotten my entire order correct. If I order something simple, It’ll be made wrong; if I check the order before I leave it’s still made wrong, and I’ll be damned if I order any cinnamon twist bc they won’t be in the bag! I don’t mean to complain but goodness it happens every time
The service was very fast and so kind- I ordered inside but to-go (my only complaint was there was no cashier's available but I'm thankful for the workers who were working because they were working hard and so friendly- making sure the food was prepared hot & ready!!) I went around lunch time todayApril 12,2022.
Would give them zero stars but can't. They just need to shut this store down. No Inside ordering. Took me 35 minutes to get food in the drive through because only waiting on 3 cars at a time because of short staff. Then they give me the wrong order. So had an ordeal sorting that out. Almost an hour for taco bell. REALLY!!! If this is all the service you can provide. Close the doors. Will never eat at the Lumberton taco bell again.
Online order took far longer than 5 minutes to get ready. Super convenient location next to Tesla Supercharger.
The car lines can be long and lengthy. The food is warm to hot for the most part. Sometimes what should come in a box can come in a bag or vice versa. Service is generally polite. Hard to get back on the road due to heavy traffic at times but no bad experiences from this location.
Ask for some sauce because they did not have sauce up there and the young lady ask someone for some soft they dropped it on the floor she picks it up and hand it to me well no she didn't even hand it to me she put it on the counter she got did not even put it on my plate when I asked for more sauce what sauce did she drop on the floor they said I said she mixed it up with that what she put on the counter then he handed me some sauce on the counter did not even put it on my plate or handed to me in my hand bad customer service need to have a meeting and talk to your employees
I have always liked Toco Bell, but since the mobile app started I can't get enough. I can customize my box and with a big family it's nice to just pull up and say my name without having to recite a big list of food. Ohh yeah the food is awesome...lol...enjoy!!
Horrible service!!!WAITED at the speaker for 37MINUTES before someone even took my order. I repeated “hello” multiple times.When I finally got to order and pulled to the window I saw the employees chit chatting and goofing around.The WORST part is my food wasn’t hot and it was barely warm almost cold.
This Is The WORST EXSPERINCE I Have Ever Had At Taco Bell In My Life! I Ordered Door Dash Pick Up For Me And My Family. Went To Walk In And Get It. They Wouldn’t let Me Get It Inside With It’s Open Indoor. My Children Screaming To Top Of There Lungs Hungry. And We Placed Order To Not Have To Deal With The Line Or This Kinda Service. But Now. We’re In This Line Waiting 30 Mins. And Now OUR FOODS FREEZING COLD!!!
This taco bell has bad customer service. We ordered from the kiosk inside and they got multiple things wrong with our order, we even had some items were missing.
