Passing through on a trip. Decided Subway sounded good. We went inside, the guy behind the counter did not greet us until we were standing there a few minutes already. He was really friendly and nice to the family in front of us. So we stood and waited about 15 - 20 min, for him to finish up their sandwiches. We get to the counter and the guy just won't say anything to us. I begin to tell him my order and he will not make eye contact, looking out the window instead of the customer in front of him. He was just being nice a friendly to the people in front of us, so I didn't understand the switch in attitude. Then he begins slamming the lids on all the metal food tins, then the door to the bread cabinet gets slammed. He proceeds to slam our sandwich bread on the counter, at that point I said nevermind and walked out.If I could give negative stars I would. If I wasn't driving and was able to look at reviews, I would have by -passed this place. We went to the taco bell the next town over. They were much more friendly and the food was nice a fresh.Don't work a customer service job, if you can't give the same service to EVERY customer that walks in.
Always out of something, unfriendly staff, and unorganized. The only reason they got two stars is because they put a lot of toppings.
This was the weirdest, most frustrating experience I have ever had at a subway. My husband and I have been on the road for 6 hours, we stopped in around 8:20 pm. We walk in and the employees just stare at us like we walked in on something and then they don’t greet us, they ask if we’re going to want anything toasted. I say yes and one female employee just says oh okay, I’ll make it happen, or something. I honestly have no clue what else she said because she began to mumble and then literally disappeared for the rest of the time we were there. It was an awkward start to the experience. It took the other female employee way longer than it should have to make the first sandwich. She also had to ask another employee ( a male employee who has now shown up to help her) which bread was the wheat and he told her. It turns out they still gave us Italian bread instead of wheat. They asked like 3 different times which sandwich it was supposed to be, and acted like they didn’t know what went on any of the sandwiches (one of those being a Baja chicken and bacon, so I felt that was pretty self-explanatory). I asked for my sauce on the side and they put it into a small fountain drink cup. The whole time they’re moving at the pace of snails, and acting overall confused and just out of it. It honestly would make more sense if they were just random customers that went behind the counter and started making sandwiches, rather than actual employees. Not to mention, circling back to how we were asked if we wanted our sandwiches toasted. They were ICE cold. My husbands Baja chicken and bacon was disgustingly cold, as if it was straight from the fridge as was my Italian BMT. A waste of $20 and it was SUCH a bizarre experience and we will never ever be back and will be telling everyone we know to avoid this location at all costs.
The lady would not wear her mask and she coughed over my sandwich. I paid for it and threw it in the trash ?️.
This food was horrible I threw the whole sub away and the cookies I will never eat there again
Dont know what kind of meat that was. Not going back there
I never have a problem with the workers and they are always on top of it (5stars). But the issue is they never have the staff to support the lunch rush. How is there only 1 person working during lunch hours? (While she is running around and getting everything done. And i come here often). She deserves a raise and this subway needs to hire more help.
Well I agree with the customer who posted that they got at this subway at 845 and they said they were closed.... Same thing just happen to me and this is not the first.time ..... They are some of the laziest people at this restaurant.. Told me managed said they can close at 5 till 9 and was 845 cannot tell time I guess and that do not get paid after 9 she said telling lies... Do not eat at this subway and I stay near by it and Iam saying this so you know they suck
I got here at 8:45 to get a sandwich after driving on the road for 3 hours just to tell me that they're closed even though I will say they close at 9:00. So much for customer service who closes a chain restaurant 15 minutes early anyway?
The sandwich was supposed to be warm, it was freezing cold. So much sauce that it got all over everything. This is the worst subway I have ever had. Terrible.
