Speaking as a ex partner (not from this store location) and as a customer, this location could be a lot better. The partners at this location are not trained properly. Starbucks standards are not pushed at this location like they should be. Unfortunately, it shows through the partners interactions with customers and effort they are NOT putting into making food and beverages. I don't know who their manager is now but they apparently don't care.

Not your typical Starbucks besides the looks.Asked for a Mocha no fat... Only had 2%. Mocha was very strong and mostly foam. ?Ask for Chai Latte... Out of Chai... Asked for tea selections... Only had 2or3 choices. Got a hot water to make my own tea. ?

There is no control in this franchise. Orders are slower everyday and now they have started blocking mobile orders way too often. Baristas are super slow but really slow that she does one coffee at a time and takes a great amount of time on each one. They guy that takes out the trash is in charge of bakery and he doesn’t even wash his hands or at least I didn’t see him do so. The floor is always dirty by the way. And while there is a lot of orders in progress there is a lot of social time behind the bar.No professionalism and it’s sad for this franchise and for all of us that enjoy coffee. Lumberton has plenty of travelers and honestly this is great business but whoever is in charge doesn’t care is very lazy for not managing personnel and flow of orders. I wouldn’t be surprised if it shuts down.

I came to the store and got an iced cinnamon dolce latte made with 3 shots and soy milk (because they were out of oat milk & that’s what was recommended). I got my drink in and as soon as I pulled off and I got down the highway, I noticed that there was white stuff settling in the bottom of my drink. It was obviously not mixed properly at all, and looked horrible. I tried calling the store to see if there was anything they could do but no one answered the phone. I tried calling twice.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks in NC. Taste is not really any worse than any other SB, the problem is their employees. Unfortunately it’s the only one on my route so I’ve had an abundance of negative interactions with them. Generally rude for a Starbucks, which you can normally expect to have decent service. The attitudes of the workers here are on par for Lumberton in general.

So, to begin I’m not big on coffee. Never been a fan of it. I usually get a refresher or something I make up and some roasted red pepper egg bites, they’re my fav! Today was a lil different, I walk in cause I enjoy the customer service here. Upon walking in I can tell they’re a lil short staffed today and that they are struggling a little. I waited patiently for my order, all the while I watched other customers get mad for waiting over 5-10 mins.. meanwhile I waited 30 cause I understand where we are at in the world! I just wanna applaud the team working today cause they didn’t in the least bit get frustrated. Had no problems remaking things, and kept their cool through it all. You’re appreciated none the less, and as always my drink is amazing! I even got a free cake pop for being so patient! ❤️

Great taste and quality but slow service. Don't be in a hurry.

Coffee wasn't fresh. Latte was disgusting.Green Tea Matcha Frappuccino was horrible, to much match, not enough coconut milk. Wasted money, both drinks were trashed. Teach the barista's that if they wouldn't drink the drink that has been made, start over and do it correctly.

Pandemic affected this Starbucks more then others. Hot beverages offered in cups with no cuffs. Pretty long wait considering number of servers behind the counter. Prices... quite consistent and going up.
