I wish I caught the name of the young lady that took great care of us! My coworker and I went for a training and she wanted Popeyes... never expected to be taken care of so well! It's great when staff like to laugh with us crazy customers!
GHETTO!!! The only word for this place. They’re always out of something. After placing an online order awhile back and getting there and being told “We don’t have any food. We may be open in about an hour”. We now call ahead before we go to see if they’re out of anything. Today when we called my husband simply said “Are y’all out of anything?” the girl who answered was extremely rude & unprofessional. She immediately handed the phone off to another worker and said “Here Rob I can’t, I just can’t!” Rob was nice and he’s also the same guy who was working the day they were completely out of food. He’s always been nice anytime we’ve dealt with him. However, tonight he refused to give my husband the girls name that answered the phone. He just continued naming things they had available.
Went through the drive thru window. Young man working the window was not polite at all. And other young people in there doing absolutely nothing, while he has to handle money and then he goes and fix the order after handling GERMY money. I don't think I will be back.
Would have to be dead to get any slower. Ordered at 12:01 ordered 2 surf and turf and 8 peice meal and no chicken ready. Tenders froze and had to cook chicken. It's lunchtime, this is ridiculous. Also drive thru had the personality of paste.
I have full respect for people who work in customer service because I work It myself but I’m sorry. When you state you close at 10pm there is no reason why at 8:50pm your filets and tenders and nuggets are frozen and your workers are dancing around in the checkout area like they could care less and are just ready to go and especially when we ask multiple times what do you have and you ignore us. That’s poor customer service. While I understand you had a long day and you wanna get outta there at 10 there’s no excuse for not having “some” food available and also showing some respect by giving a response like we just gonna pull off after you say oh they frozen ma’am. You could have placed two filets in the fryer to cook them. To me it sounds like you just didn’t want to do it. I used To love Popeyes and look forward to it on my trips to lumberton but after two times of not having any food between 8-10 knowing y’all close at 10 I doubt I’ll be going back.
The young lady at the drive thru was really nice. She made she the order was correct. The frozen strawberry lemonade was so good, I went back for two more.
Not much you can say about fast food chains....if you like the restaurant, you like it. Popeye is always good to me. This location has very friendly and professional staff. They got my order wrong and when I came back they quick replaced it with smiles and apologizes.
I’ve been sitting in line for 53min. I’ve been at the order intercom for 20 min and they have not taken my order. The car before me sat at the intercom for 15 min before they took there order. The car before them sat at the intercom before they took their order. No one is at the pick up window receiving order. Still haven’t taken my order and there are 10 cars behind me. The drive-thru line was what appeared to be short with five cars ahead of me. Three of those cars had already ordered, thus leaving two to order. From start to finish it took somewhere between 30 to 45 minutes. The line was moving VERY, VERY, slow. So by the time I got to the window to pick up my order, the food was lukewarm. My shrimp was was barely warm, my red beans and rice was ok with the exception that I didn't have very much red beans to begin with. My fish sandwich was good and my fries weren't hot at all. I refused to have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to have things corrected so I just dealt with it. There were no utensils or napkins in the bags either. Not anyplace I'll be visiting anytime soon. I'll try again sometime in the far future. The drive thru attendant was chipper and courteous though.
IF WE COULD GIVE IT A ZERO, WE WOULD. CHECK YOUR ORDERS AT THE WINDOW! THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING! WE'VE BEEN HERE 5 TIMES IN THE PAST YEAR AND THEY'RE ALWAYS FORGETTING SOMETHING! WHETHER IT'S THE APPLE PIES OR SIDES! CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
