order a Ny style, papadia h wing @ 200pm arrived around around 330 pm by door dash. the food was cold & the pizza was Rubber. called papa John's to complain was told they would remake our pizza but we had to bring our pizza back & they would call us when our new pizza was ready....... No No No we live less than 5 mins from store front. decided to go wait for a hot pizza. apon arriving I give them their pizza I was told to bring back, they refused to take it , told me to throw it in the trash..... I said No I was told to bring it back to get my replacement. Well they let it sit on the counter. They gave our 1.5 hr cold pizza to the lady behind me...... WTF. We could have had covid-19..... we don't but just saying Papa John's Lumberton gave a pizza that had 2 pieces Partially eaten to the next customer inline! Disgusting!! They kept saying we are short staffed but there were 6 people working in line & 2 standing buy the office which makes 8 people in store???I worked for papa John backing my 20's thats not short staff this Is Laziness. But my issue is I brought a pizza back because they told me to so I could get a Fresh Hot Pizza & because of their Laziness they don't through it away they just give Partially eating food to the next customer! WTF. WILL NOT EVER AGAIN ORDER FROM A STOREAS DISGUSTING AS LUMBERTON PAPA JOHN'S

We always have the best experience here. Its pretty much the only pizza place we order from in Lumberton. Our orders are done in a timely manner and the customer service is pleasant.
It was fantastic the delivery was super fast
Food was delicious, made perfect to my order, and hot when I picked it up. Just was missing a Garlic cup in 1 of my boxes but that's not a big deal.
Pizza was hot and ready when I walked in to get my pizza ....the employees are professional and kind
Stayed on the line 15 minutes..on a Tuesday at noon, being transferred from a ringing phone back to on hold recordings. Finally just hung up. Never once spoke to a person, just clicked over to on hold from the start.
Had a hard time understanding the person taking my order at the call center God only knows where at then the pizza was bacon pizza and was supposed to have extra bacon and extra cheese and it barely had any bacon and the normal amount of cheese and the crust was sooo thin I was so disappointed when I lived in Lumberton their pizza was great
