Placed a mobile order for rapid pickup for two adults and two kids. One of kids meals was supposed to be modified and wasn’t modified but came with everything on it. My son wouldn’t even touch it because it didn’t have it the way he wanted it. Also we all had side of chips and didn’t receive any chips. Bag was labeled correctly as I had placed my order and asked women at counter if it was all set and had utensils/straws in it in which she responded yes. Didn’t think to double check before we left and got back on road. Was too late to go back and get anything additional that needed altering. Will definitely check order next time before leaving store.

Every single time we have stopped here, our order is always wrong. This time no chips , bread and no napkins. The bag was sealed. By the time we checked, we were already back on I-95. Our fault for not checking but this a continous issue.

This was the most pathetic sandwich I have ever had from Panera. The onions were completely missing and when I asked about them, I was told they were out of onions indefinitely. Would have been nice to know that before I ordered a sandwich with a primary ingredient they were out of. Super lacking in the other toppings too. Caesar salad also had minimal dressing. Very disappointing experience overall.

Great food & atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Quick service even though they were very busy. Adequate staffing. Drive-thru was also busy and the line was moving fast. Newer location, easy to access off the interstate.

I love Panera and this location delivered on the expected experience. The turkey bacon bravo had a generous serving of all toppings and the chipotle chicken on focaccia was soft and delicious as always. We love stopping at Paneras on road trips as it gives you great fuel for the day. Can't leave without a loaf of the tomato basil bread!

My husband and I had the cream of chicken with wild rice soup. He had the bowl while I had mine in a bread bowl. (I think he got more soup.) Service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious. The restaurant was fairly clean although our table had not been wiped down and I saw several others also needing cleaning. The restroom was clean but the trash can was very full.

Worst Panera I ever ate at. They had no baguettes left so substituted 1/2 piece of some sort of Wonder Bread. I hardly had any chicken in my Fuji Apple Salad. My husband’s broccoli cheddar soup was watery and cold.Toilet seat in bathroom needs tightening.

Sunday morning 10am we wait on line, get to the front and the cashier informs us that he can’t take anymore orders because they’re 7 orders behind. Need to wait 15 minutes until they catch up. Atzel G, The shift lead calls me up at 1045 to order and as I am about to order he says oops I just realized breakfast is over.I thought Panera served breakfast until 11am on weekends. I understand this isn’t the staffs fault but I would say this falls on management who’s in charge of scheduling and hiring enough staff. Have never seen this happen before at any other Panera. Disappointing.

First time at a Panera bread and I had a gift card for there for a long time. Love their coffee. My daughter-in-law had recommended their food for some time we'll be trying it out later on this week..
