After receiving my order I wanted to get extra sauce. When I call one of the employees for the sauce they completely ignore me. Then I looked into my child’s happy meal to see toys from 2020. My child was not happy when seeing that instead of their sonic toy they wanted and should have received they got a girls toy from 2020. I would not recommend this dumb store with dumb employees. Terrible customer service. Waited in drive through line at the box for near 10 minutes before being recognized. Only to be spoken to as if I was a burden. Service is always slow at this location and it's rare for your order to even be correct when you finally do get it
The line was moving fast. I carry my grandkids there after school. They love eating there. The food was hot, my order was right and cashier was polite.
My son loves McDonald’s he gets sometimes 2 to 3 Happy Meals a day that’s sometimes but everyday he do get a Happy Meal every day he trust me he will let us know if his toy isn’t in there and if his meal is wrong or if he didn’t get all his nuggets or if he got to many nuggets but he could really care less about the nuggets because he’s a fry baby he loves His ?French Fries
I do not know why McDonalds cannot get a coffee order right. I tell them how much sugar and creamer my better half wants and most of the time its straight black coffee! How hard is it to put in what is on the ticket??!!! We are done with the poot service and won't go back.
FALSE ADVERTISING!! Land , Air amd Sea burger combo for $15 is a joke.. The ad on the sign show a combine birger with a big mac, fish fillet amd mcChicken..FALSE ADVERTISING.. They gave me 3 separate burgers, fries, and bottle of water for me to combine my burgers while I drive!!Buger King can atleast follow there own directions!!
This is the worst McDonald’s in Lumberton. I don’t even like going there but I was on that side of town for a while and my daughter was hungry. Long story short. The manager was rude and charged me more than what came up on my mobile order. She didn’t get my order right. Her greeting was very nasty. I really wanted to turn up on her but that wasn’t the best thing to do. The employees were sweet and professional but the lady on that shift (I just left) working as their manager needs to find another job that doesn’t include customer service. So much mess just went down at this visit it’s too detail to even go into. They gave me a drink that tasted like sewage water?? I’ll never go back there again.
SERVICE was not good no one was not listening to my order almost got the wrong order , and they wanted to keep my change. I was told to go to the next window to get my change and low and behold the second window the man we don't have any change. So as that would have been extra profit if that had been done to ten customers. Or dose the banks not have change anymore. Or maybe someone did not go to the bank for change? Please explain
Shout out to the tall, light skinned guy working at here on 2nd shift (I think). I don't know his name but he was extremely nice! Lamarion was upset because he had a girl toy in his happy meal so the dude said "I got you little man" & he went to find him a toy fit for a boy... Well instead of bringing him 1, he bought him 2 toys & he came back & gave him & Aliyah a chocolate chip cookie ❤️ It isn't every day that you meet nice people like him!
I'm not much of a McDonald's fan, but I was traveling, need gas and the baby wanted McDonald's. Glad I did. The BEST customer service from a McDonald's I've ever had. Clean store inside and out and a friendly staff. Great place to stop and eat at while on the road.
