Great service - in the drive thru. Food was hot !
Ordered our food at 1:00 for dine in. We didn’t get our chocolate shake with the order. Asked the lady bringing us the food. We still didn’t get it. Asked another employee passing by. Still no shake. Went up to the counter. Asked again. “It’s coming” Waited 5 more minutes. Asked again. Girl goes to the back and calls out for a shake. I’m STILL waiting. Finally, after asking for a refund and a manager the shake magically appears. “Do you still want a refund?” What time did we get the shake? 1:30. No excuse why I should ask 5 times and wait 30 minutes for something so simple.
This is the first time I have given a McDonald's 5 stars. The employees were cheerful and helpful. The food was the freshest and hot. I will go out of my way when traveling to visit again.
I ordered a curbside mobile order. The girl was incredibly rude. She was complaining how hot it was. Yes. Its hot. I have two small children in the car. I was nice and thankful and she literally couldnt even crack a smile.
Clean restaurant, friendly staff, drive thru was a bit of a wait but there was a huge line. However my order was out quickly and the girl at the window was so nice.
One of the better tasting McDonald's we have been to. I Haven't eaten @ McDonald's in 15+ years but I took 1bite of the McChicken and it was hot n good.
If it were possible to write a review and give negative stars I would. My family’s visits to this location have consistently declined and after today will not ever happen again. For the past couple of years every carry out visit has resulted in items missing and/or incorrect. If a company the size of McDonalds can’t figure out how to make the shake machine work properly get the machine repaired or get a new one. If I wanted a cup of whipped cream I’d go to Walmart and buy a can.
Basic math skills are below 3rd grade level. L tea $1 L ice $.49 =$1.80. HOW?? The receipt says$1.60 and I gave her $2, she handed me $.20. I pointed it out and the manager came and gave me $.10 more with an attitude. It's not my fault the can't subtract $1.60 from $2. I told her to keep the other $.10 they probably need it worse than me.
Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you don't. But they DO offer a great cup of coffee, and they make great iced tea!
This location and the Robert's Ave location are normally 5 star locations, higher if that's what is available. Excellent, superb, awesome, I can't say enough about how wonderful these 2 locations normally are.That being said, I had a very bad experience this morning at this location. I was taking my daughter to work and we ordered thru the app curbside. We waited a long time.Finally, someone came to the door of the restaurant and yelled for us to go thru the drive thru.We wouldn't have heard her if I hadn't have just rolled my window down.I went thru the drive thru as requested, only to have a very rude person throw my food at me and slam the window in my face. My daughter checked our food and it wasn't all there. But she was late for work so we just let it go.I tried to call the location to speak to a manager to see if we could get a refund for the bacon mcmuffin but nobody answered the phone. I will try again.
