Total clown show. Lost the first order entirely somehow, giving a meatball sub to a vegetarian, then said they didn’t actually have the order. Upon seeing no CC charge, decided to place the order again digitally to ensure customizations were correct because staff was clueless. Second order also didn’t send a confirmation email, nor charge the CC right away… but this time they “found” the order. Can’t say I’ve ever had a particularly “good” Firehouse Subs experience, but this was a total waste of 30 minutes because of staff incompetence or lack of give-a-f**k in the midst a long drive. Maybe this location is particularly bad, but yea: steer clear.
My girlfriend and I went to firehouse subs ,this was my first time so I was excited . I have never seen anything like this the employees was using foul language in front of customers who were elderly. They had people that wasn’t employees behind the counter . When we finally got our food my meatball sub was cold , but yet the meatballs were burnt and dry . I was very disappointed because I believe in supporting first responders businesses. I’m a former first responder and my girlfriend is currently a first responder. I went to the website to let them know about my experience. It has been 2 days now I have not heard anything from a manager
March 11,2022 .I don't know what's going on at this firehouse My mom sandwich which was a steak and cheese barely had any Steak or cheese my sandwich wasn't fixed the way I ordered it looked like it was thrown together. The older male employee with the glasses was being very sarcastic with the other young male employee and I could tell the young man didn't like it by the expression on his face some customers were getting agitated because it was taken so long for their sandwiches. I don't know what's going on at this place but this used to be my go to place and reading some of these other reviews they need to fix it.
Heard lots of good things but very disappointed. Not what I would call sub, especially for the prices they charge. Will not be returning.
Delicious food as usual.
I have a child who works here and tested positive for covid. Her co workers are sick also but is still working and have not gotten tested yet. I do not recommend anyone to eat here unless they want to risk getting sick... these employees touch your food. keep that in mind
We wanted to eat here tonight but the Starbucks drive through line circled the strip shopping center and there was no way to get into a parking space. If we got a space, we'd never be able to get out. In fact we saw a truck just drive over the curbing to get out. You should complain about this, you are losing business!
Wife has been asking to try Firehouse subs for a few weeks now. So I stop by after work, walking in the floors were sticky. I proceeded to order 2 subs and a drink. Being the only customer there I didn't expect to wait 20 mins for microwaved food. But while I waited I had to change my drink 3 times because the taste was off. Got home and neither me or my wife could eat the subs, the bread was soggy. Probably from the nuked meat in a bag they poured on the bread. Needless to say we won't be eating there again.
I will not be going back. People were not friendly at all. They have a sign on the window about social distance, and a mask, but yet the employees did not have a mask on, the girls little child was behind the counter where they were fixing the food saying she had to pee, on top of that she coughed. Their business has really went down. Surprised they had a 92.7, the health inspector should of walked in then.
It was good. Clean. Friendly. Would go again.
