Bad service almost every time I come here, especially at the drive thru window. They are super slow and they have no manners and no customer service skills. They girl at the drive through window hardly said a word to me. I only went here because I wanted a whopper meal while in this area, and usually it’s pretty good. Seriously, I’d much rather give a good review anytime but you don’t deserve one.

The staff are amazing ?
I know they were busy because it was lunch time. I placed my order online, went thru the drive thru as usual. The girl at the window tried to hand me the wrong drink. Told her I ordered chocolate shake and she had it sitting right there. Then almost throws my bag of food at me as I was asking the sweet and sour sauce. She tells me very rudely as she's shutting the window, "it's in the bag". I never specified what sauce I wanted, but didn't think much of it until I'm looking In the bag and nothing but the tenders were in there. I called the store 4 times and it rang continuously each time with no one picking up the phone until the phone automatically hangs up. Finally the 5th time someone finally answered and I told here what happened then could hear her talking to someone (presumably the Mgr on duty) and then she tells me to come back to the store to get the sauce. Seriously?????I've already driven 10 miles to my house and you think I'm coming back for a pack of sauce???No apology or explanation of why the the girl was so rude and unhelpful. I will drive to the other side of town to a different BK next time I want something for them.I should have went to Sonic like I stated to begin with.
Manager was been rude as soon as we walked in i tried asking for some mayonnaise and she quickly said it's all in the bag and get to my table and guess what was missing in my bag YES THE MAYONNAISE and she kept staring like if i was stealing and she has been rude most of the time i go there. Manager's name is Beverly someone needs to to do some or close it. Some workers have quit and been fired because of her.
Short staffed but they were still trying to keep it running a smoothly as possible. Good effort

Awkward interaction at this location. Some sort of issue kept them from being able to get food out. No big deal, they were just super weird. Food wasn't it's normal best. Unnecessarily expensive for fast food, BK. What's up with that?
