Food was NOT FRESH and I went back in to get a fresh replacement burger and they reheated one that was already made. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT GO THERE.
It's burger king .... Fast and easy when you're in a rush. They got the best fries though
Dollar menu is fantastic I can really fill up for under $5. Food is awesome, and they have the best breakfast on the planet(fast food wise).
The drive thru was pretty fast the line was long but it didn't take long to get my food! They did good!!
Burger King burgers are my favorite. I like the app too.
The manager is very attentive and makes sure the customers are pleased.
I try to be understanding to situations that happen but this location has messed up 2 deliveey orders within a weeks time. The first time they forgot to give me items on top of it taking about 30 mins longer than they said. The second time(tonight) they gave me a completely different sandwich from what I ordered. I don't understand whats going on. Now when I do drive thru its some what better as far as service and accuracy but delivery is down right pitiful. Food presentation would get a 3 out of 10. Very messy sandwiches that look like they were just thrown together then shaken up. Lettuce is mostly soggy with alot of brown lettuce in the mix.I used to really like this location but last few months they have let me down time and time again..
Service is poor I'll choose McDolds and Hardee's anyway over them till service improves. Don't really like giving 3rd chances to an business's cause when I cut them off I'm done. But again they don't care bout the Custer service experience and how they want there food done and prepared
I give this place a 1 solely on my experience... The problems were, first I had to wait about 20 mins or longer in line.... second, when I get my food... it wasn't correct.... they have me a medium fry that had like 10 fries in it... when I asked for more fries or rather just simply a full fry the associate gave me problems... so much so he sends the manager to come talk to me... in the end I got my hot whole fry but I mean it just wasn't worth the hassle. Save yourself some time and just go up the street to McDonald's or Taco Bell or Popeyes or KFC or Ccokout or really anywhere else other than here.
This has to be the most unpleasant experience for fast food in Lumberton. I have been to the location 3 times within a week, each time was an awful unprofessional experience. It seems to be a specific manager that works at this location causing the major confict. If corporate cares about the companies future I would highly suggest firing the problem. Clearly the company is that desperate or simply knows the right person to still have a manager position. Calling corporate as well concerning my issue today and never will return. I network across the country and make an impact on businesses for great and wrong doings.
