Was great... but now suffers from lack of customer service and over-cooked dry food. Thought it was a one-time bad day, so I kept returning... nope. Definitely a permanent change.
Zaxby's has gone down in the quality of food. I ordered a wings N things plate with BBQ sauce on the boneless wings..the sauce was super salty as well as the tenders batter was even worse..the fries weren't hot at all. I didn't enjoy my meal as much as I thought I would and we all know that it can be really expensive for a family of 4 or 5 to eat there. On the up side the inside of the restaurant was really clean tho...maybe (if there is a next time) the food will taste better.
Didn't give toast with my daughters order and no ranch dressing for my granddaughter after being asked twice! Cashier acted like a robot...no personality! Food was good though
I love their naked chicken wings. I don't care for sauce on them. They were perfect.
Never went to a Zaxby’s that I wasn’t fond of… until today. The tea with sweetened labeled on the spout was in fact unsweetened. Had to go back and ask for the toast that comes with the zalads and the French fried onions are missing. I’m pretty sure this isn’t a whole serving of chicken cut up in this blacked blue zalad, however at this point I’m over it….
The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all. My fries weren't very hot & my chocolate chip cookies were crushed in the bag. Not normal for a zaxby's
WOW.. Food has gotten less and not all that. Disappointed.. Best go get real food or a plate meal for some price, and Better food.
My first time ever and thankfully I wasn't disappointed ? I had the boneless wings with fries. Pretty good.
I rarerly come to zaxbys anymore and I love zaxbys! But the chicken I get now is never fresh always day or two old wrinkled soggy skin..but chicken itself is tough as hell from being reheated so much. But last night I decided to try the garlic blaze. Great sauce. Awful wings. 10 puny hard wings for 12 bucks. So disappointed
Decided to try since they're always nice when I'm picking up doordash orders there to deliver. Definitely adding to our take out options list, great food and very nice and helpful staff at this location. They were helping me guage the best heat level for my husband and got it spot on with the nuclear, he loves his wings.
