Never again. Multiple times over the past month we’ve been denied service and driven to another location. Tonight we went over 40 minutes without even being acknowledged. I get it, short staffed but at least acknowledge your customers. Terrible service and probably terrible food. Wouldn’t know since we were never helped after 40 minutes.
Seems they have plenty of help. I counted nine employees there, but nobody knows what they're doing. Could be an effective operation, but it wasn't. Food was okay and typical of what you would expect, but service was pretty bad.
Relaxed environment with professional employees. Reasonable price for most anything on the menu. Family of 4 ate a good breakfast for less than $50.
Terrible staff on Sunday 3/20/2022. Cashier would not acknowledge us (Over 10 minutes). Finally, once a waitress stopped and asked if we’ve been helped, she proceeded to say we couldn’t do takeout, then, as we dined in, we watched 2-3 customers come in and place takeout orders. Seemed to know them.. Thats not all. Guess what it took to be rung up by miss space case? Excusing ourselves to the front of the line and interrupting the awkward attempts of flirting she did for the entirety of our visit. For future references, this seems to be the only way to motivate this particular being. We still decided to leave a tip above the standard 20% so I guess they’ll never learn. I tell myself it was Sunday so it will be good karma ;)
I don’t eat here but the coffee is good. My date wanted to eat here. Customer service was great. That’s just as good as a good meal nowadays.
Arrived at 6:15pm on March 13, 2022. Two tables had customers 1 with 2 adults and another table with 2 adults and 2 small children, so my husband and I sat down at a booth and waited for 15 minutes. The cook wasn’t cooking because he had no orders and waitress was taking a very long time to clean one table as if she wanted us to leave. The couple behind me with the small children said it took her 20 minutes before she took their order because she was stocking supplies (bread, butter and etc). After they told me that and it’s been 18 minutes at that point and the cook is still not cooking and she is still cleaning that same table, I walk over and ma’am we are ready to order when you get a second. She turned around and yelled at the cook and said no more dine in and only to go orders for now on…. The cook looked stocked (poor fellow he was special needs) and then she looks at me and said we are short staffed and I have been here since 7:00 this morning. Then she sends the cook over to tell us we can only place a to go order only and not able to dine in. I asked him for a phone number to a district manager and he pulls out his phone and writes down Darlene (I couldn’t read the last name) but the number rung some man in South Carolina that doesn’t work for Waffle House. (We are not upset with the young man with special needs the waitress had him rattled from yelling at him and bullying him he was trying to do the best he could in the situation).
Great food great customer service. Great prices. Very nice place to eat and have a good meal
They have a really good country ham and egg breakfast we usually miss the crowds, being retired has its advantages we enjoy it
Waitress was kind and helped the order cost less.However the only part of the place that was not blocked off was the three booths beside the bathroom. The rest of the place was "closed."When a small family walked in soon after to be seated one of the staff asked them "are you sure you want to eat here?"Mind you, the three tables were filled with 4 people in total but the other side of the restaurant was available but closed off. The customers were totally confused and eventually the staff relented and "let" them sit over there. I'm still not sure why this happened but whatever the reason, the presentation of the reason could have gone better.The food was actually pretty good but it came out 5 increments, which is a nuisance to eating a meal with someone.
It was awesome. The food was great. Nice and hot. Fresh coffee. Our server Christina was amazing
