My wife and I have been ordering delivery from the Lexington location for 2-3 years at least once a week. Now they say their system has changed and can no longer deliver. Even offered to leave a bigger tip and was declined rudely. Good food, bad service and will not return.
We moved to Lexington in September of 2021 and ordered online a very delicious pizza. Since that first order we have ordered online twice and ate in the restaurant twice, all three times was nothing special. Today, June 25th we ate in the restaurant at 4:00pm, the pizza called The Works was what we ordered with extra cheese and the meat was almost entirely absent. All we got was a lot of bell peppers and some onion, a very small amount of mushroom and the meat would have been at most 2 tablespoons. We ordered extra cheese and if we had not ordered extra cheese we would have had no cheese. Our cost for the pizza was 34.00, which we feel for that price we should have had a terrific pizza. This was our final trip to Times Square Pizza. Hopefully the young man making pizza at this shop will get extra training, because it was a joke tonight. We know employees are hard to find, but it seems anyone could be trained to replace this guy. We were a party of 4 that will not be returning..
The first thing is there were no menu's and no prices listed. We were told they did not have them and to go online. No prices there. We were informed they were raising all the prices, that is why none was available. One in our party ordered water and was told it would be $2.00. We were told the charge was for the water not the cup. Customer service was poor at best. This was different than our past experiences.
This place is pretty good. Would love to suggest that they do a pizza of all the slices. That way everyone can taste a different pizza. Like a sampler. Make it. Label it. Put a price on it and I'm in!!!!!!!
Ordered pizza online from here for the first time, got delivered. The pizza had jalapeños on the pizza, which was not what was stated on their online ordering system. Called and they proceeded to be rude and say well it comes with it and blame me when it’s not correct on their website, instead of trying to fix the problem. After 10 minutes they offered 15% off our next pizza but would not fix the pizza that THEY messed up and our child or us can not eat. Waste of $26 and WORST customer service: First and last ordering from here.
We have eaten at and from Times Square foot several years. When they first opened, you couldn't hardly get in the door! People were ready to fight if someone jumped ahead in line.Now, very few people linger and enjoy a good meal. We have transitioned to only take out. Last night, I ordered delivery from Times Square. It arrived close to the time quoted. However, my lasagna was almost cold, even the aluminum to-go container was only a little warmer than room temperature.Contrast this with our last delivery prior to this one. My meals were so hot, we had to wait for it to cool down just to eat a bite. Also, the portion was so huge, two of us shared baked spaghetti. I am glad no one else was counting on my cold lasagna. There was more left, but it wasn't palatable to eat. I was disappointed to see a restaurant we have enjoyed for a while send out such subpar food.
I will not go back there& I will let people know not to go here! They were rude! Didn't know what type of pizzas they had! Didn't even inform us about there " menu" ( which is a board when you walk in on the wall!) & they saw us trying to figure out what they had! They didn't seem to care. This has been my worst experience at any restaurant that I've ever been to!
We were visiting from out of town and wanted pizza, we had no idea how large the slices were. My husband ordered a large calzone and could only eat one piece. Prices were great and the portions are huge.
This was our first time there. My friend got a pizza. I got a Stromboli. They were absolutely delicious! I loved how crispy the crust was. I will be going back! ?
I have found a NY Style Pizza that is FABULOUS!! I tried a couple of things on the menu. The spaghetti was not cooked well, it was too al dente. The wings were also over done and were dry. But, since I mainly went for the pizza I was not disappointed with my overall experience. Friendly staff. A little pricey, but with inflation, everything is. Truly enjoyed the pizza. Glad I have found this place!!
