I was staying in an Airbnb nearby and ordered delivery. Service was great, delivery was great, and food was great!
My family and l ordered from here about 4 days ago while on vacation. Ill have to say this is prob the very best pizza l have ever had! The stuffed meat lovers pizza is delicious! Crust was perfectly done and just stuffed full of a delicious assortment of meats! Makes me want to drive back to Lexington to eat here often! The calzone was equally delicious with a generous amt of cheese. Wings were a hit also! I wish l could give this more than 5 stars!! HIGHLY recommend eating here! You wont be disappointed!
It's an actual shame they can't seem to get things right recently, the food they make is actually good if they actually manage to get the order right. We were regular customers for over 3 years and in the last year the customer service has completely dropped off the face of the earth. 1 out of every 2 or 3 orders was wrong or missing something, calling did basically nothing as they are more concerned with arguing that they didn't do anything wrong rather than trying to provide the most basic level of customer service, on top of having no issues with calling us and as well as others liars outright. Beyond the orders being outright wrong or missing items, recently they can't even seem to deliver an order to the correct house and then want to argue over that too trying to tell us that we had the missing food that had never arrived and we were liars and even went as far as refusing a refund for an order already paid for by phone that they made the delivery mistake on. This is a place that has no pride in what they do, no shame in how they act, and they will not care about you as a customer. I would love for this place to come back around but as it is now all I can do is say to think twice before going here unless you want a 50/50 chance of being ripped off or outright disrespected.
I am only giving 2 stars because the food is great, when the order is right. We have ordered from here MANY times but the management has been going down for a while and the past months it has fallen WAY off. I could make a list of the issues we have had but instead I will just say you should have a back up plan if this is your dinner plan. ☹️
I would recommend Linwood location, quick delivery, food was hot n fresh, good portions, pleasant employees, get your money's worth.
2nd time in a row it takes 3 hours to deliver a pizza. Pathetic service!! Hire more people if its that bad! For what you charge for a pizza how are yoy supposed to pay the delivery person when its takes 3 hours to get here after saying 45 minutes! Ridiculous!
We have been ordering for the past 3 years. Orders are NEVER correct, one excuse after another, wait hours for our deliveries. I've finally demanded a refund on my last order. It too bad because the food is delicious.
Some of the best pizza and wings in town! Friendly cashiers, good prices and they always had toilet paper thru COVID lol

Pizza was aàaaa alright.. no so good no to bad . Customer service kind of rude lady on the counter...really expensive pizza $20 dllrs for a medium pizza half supreme half pep..no way that's crazy...
