Staff was quite friendly & helpful. It seemed like there were some technical difficulties, but they stepped up and made sure I got what I ordered. Dining area was quite clean & comfortable; Staff even checked in to make sure everything was good.(Note: If you do not like ordering from a touchscreen kiosk, do not go to a Taco Bell. This is the way pretty much every location has handled ordering for quite a while now, so there is no need to cause a scene about it.)
Went there after work tonight at about 12 am with the line wrapped around the building, but the food was amazing, my brother who doesn’t like tomatoes actually got no tomatoes on his tacos, and his shells weren’t soft on the bottom. My food was perfectly cooked (quesadilla combo). Was in and out of the drive thru in maybe 3 mins.
Was very good and they never mess my order up. Go there all the time and food is always good and right
Lady wouldn't even take my order. Kept trying to make me use the kiosk. I don't like using those things and I'm not going to. First of all I don't work here, I shouldn't have to take my own order. Are you going to give me an employee discount? No. Secondly I want to tell someone what I want and how I want it, not try to figure all that out touching buttons. This place obviously does not care about their customers. I won't be back.
We waited over 20 minutes to get our food (1 $5 box and 2 soft Taco supremes). Found out they gave our order to a different customer. They did remake our complete order. This is the 2nd issue at this Taco Bell in less than a month. We will NOT be back.
They're ok...but I like to go inside but they make you go thru the drive thru
I unwrapped my burrito like this. Did you cook it in the paper or something? The wrapper took half my tortilla with it.
Wasn't very happy when the woman at the window thought she closed it all the way and began badmouthing my family to another employee. Should have seen her face when I said "hey... I heard every word you said". Definitely not coming back here. If they're gonna speak badly about me god only knows what they're doing to people's food back there
The people are polite. I don't know what it is with mobile orders but most of the time I get one something is missing or made wrong. Once received a burrito with no meat for whatever reason. Ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes with extra cheese. There was less cheese than there normally was. Ordered four beef burritos and two cheesy bean and rice burritos. Received four cheesy bean and rice burritos and two beef burritos. I like this location but I just wish my orders were right more often.
Every time i have been to this Taco Bell food has been amazing. Always fresh and made to order. Would recommend this Taco Bell in Lexington over the other.
