My husband went and got us tacos, loaded potatoes, and cinnamon twist. The potatoes tasted like they were fixed that morning and this was the 2nd time we've gotten cinnamon twist and couldn't eat them. They literally tasted like old cooking oil. You could not taste the cinnamon or anything. It was plain oil. Very very disappointed!!! I will never go bk to taco bell on Winston Road again!!!!!!!!
Pretty typical service these days! They left an item out of our drive-thru order and we only had a total of 5 items!? Shouldn't be that hard to get an order right, especially when it's a very small order! They can check it before they hand it to you and save everyone the hassle. Anyway, when we told the employee at the window we were missing something, she didn't even respond and just rolled her eyes, shut the window and walked away. We didn't know if she even heard us since she didn't acknowledge us? ?♀️ However she did end up bringing our missing item back and said "sorry". Again, shouldn't be that hard to be a decent human being, especially when you decided to work in a job that you have to directly communicate with people.
Pre -made soggy tacos. Crunch wrap had no crunch at all. Hard shell tacos was soft and falling apart. They are making tacos ahead of time to keep the lines flowing causing soggy tacos. Done with this place
I just went tonight. I usually have a wayyy better experience but the manager lady was totally rude. Interrupting our order at the window. And gave me the wrong food. I ordered a steak quesadilla and recieved a chicken quesadilla. I ate it and realized it was chicken and burned plus I DONT EAT CHICKEN. Havent had it in over 13 years and I'm sick to to my stomach now. Have thrown up twice. I'm disgusted. This is why ppl order CERTAIN things so this won't happen. Wont be back. Wont even answer the phone so we can fix this issue. Smh.
The lady at the front counter, who I can only assume is the manager, was amazing!! She was super friendly and enthusiastic. She made sure to ask me and others if they needed any help, while also taking orders on her headset.I didn't know what the red sauce was, so she actually gave me a small sample cup to try it and I liked it.Again, super amazing lady!
This is my favorite taco bell...they are always very quick
Absolutely love it but it's just too far from me. Their open late so it's one of the places I can count on to be open late night on the weekends.
Although my food was good, I'm disappointed in the amount of lettuce I received as a add-on. It was only a few shredds
Food was to be expected, fair.The dinning area was swept.The meal was messy in presentation .Six people cost $50 a bit pricey for Taco Bell.
Came in tried to talk to the lady (manger) behind the counter because no one was listening at the drive through instead of listening to my question she rudely walked away and told me to order at kiosk, my question is how are disabled people whom don't know how to read or write able to order from the kiosk? I will never be coming back this location needs better customer service x100
