We pulled up to the drive thru at 12:50 and they wouldn’t serve us. The sign on the window clearly states that the store closes at 1am. The lady behind the window opened it and stated that they were closed. I asked why they were closed if the sign says 1am and the girl rolled her eyes and completely ignored the question as she proceeded to close the window.

Sitting in the drive through line for the second time tonight for some hot sauce that they didn’t put in the bag. I thought I would just run in the store but the doors were locked (this was around 7 pm). They always ask when you order “would you like hot sauce”, yet they never give you hot sauce. Two stars instead of one because I continue not to check the bag when I leave. Shame on me right? Maybe your store should go back to asking if the customer wants hot sauce at the window?! Maybe then the employee will remember. This is not a first occurrence. I hit the drive through for “emergency situations” on the way to work at the hospital at night. Now I’m asking for my hot sauce and they want to charge me $9 for it! So I am now explaining I just spent $30 and I’m not paying for hot sauce. Luckily I still had the receipt with me.The food is never good. No meat, cold, and soggy, but with the hot sauce I can eat it. Just remember the hot sauce please!

Food wasnt correct. Ordered 3 soft taco supremes and got 3 regular hard tacos. Also ordered a half sweet tea half pink lemonade and only got sweet tea

I'm the only person that was in drive thru. You still couldn't give me all my food.Do better taco bell do better

Stopped for a quick meal on the way home from a college tour. Went inside to eat. Everything was super clean and the guy running the drive thru orders was keeping the chairs and tables cleaned and Sanitized while still taking orders like a BOSS!. AND he even sang while cleaning ?. Food was as ordered and everything was great. 1st taco bell I've been to where I got black beans that were NOT hard to eat.

Under staffed. New employees that was giving their best but not enough of training. Both of the boxes were in poor shape.. Did not get what I ordered correctly. The 5 layer burrito had 3 layers. The table person did not know how to wrap a burrito. It was not their fault. It is Taco Bell"s higher management's fault. Customer service is essential for a healthy growth of customers repeat returns.

This has got to be one of the slowest drive through I have ever been in and the dining room was not open

This place is normally very good but now it sucks. couple nights ago i came around an hourly before closing and they said they were already closed. Then, the next time i ordered, the quesadilla had barely no cheese and on one piece it had just the tortilla. Then again tonight i had the same problem with the quesadilla andddd my doritos locos taco was so wet it broke as soon as i grabbed it. ?

This is the worst Taco Bell to go to the managers are toxic and the food is not the best and if they’re packed they will sabotage your food on purpose…they literally are horrible- ex employee

The hours are whatever the employees decide that the hours are. Regardless of what time I showed up and it was several minutes before closing time they chose to shut it down and call it what it was. They decided that it was closed at about 10 till. No I’ve never seen such laziness but you can call it what you want and you know what these are the same type of people that demand $15 an hour. That’s why you work at Taco Bell because you have no skill doing anything and your customer service is trash in this location is completely trash. This place is a joke. If you’re going to close at 20 till one then turn the lights off.
